400bhp is touch and go with the standard internals, especially with the TT kits, as the torque they produce is very hard on the conrods. Ive held my standard rods and they are like straws, unbelievably thin. Big ends were showing early signs of wear after 14k miles on the engine, with the TT kit on as well.

Might do the odd track day, its my daily car, though.

In all honesty, more power than this is just a waste of time, i cant run full boost at the moment, in the current climate, in fact, nowhere near. Not seen many cars looking like that in the UK, myself.

Thanks Andy, appreciate the comments. Yeah, dont like things OTT, wanted to keep the car looking subtle but just a bit beefier. Ive never been into stick on lips etc, so it took me a while to figure out what bodyparts would be right for my car. Best of it is, that all the parts are urethane, I wouldnt go near fibreglass, its a nightmare. I've never heard a zed sound like this thing does, its sublime.

I wont be able to run full boost in all but the optimum conditions, its so violent the torque. Im running about 11psi at the minute, and thats borderline on some roads. Had the backend let go at 80mph in 5th the otherday, on a wet road.

Turbo capacity and kit capacity are a different thing though. The APS turbo's can support 800hp of airflow, but the kit itself cant support that. Is that definitely kit capacity?
