  2. Really really like this Z. The wheels go well with the roof, all ties in well together.
  3. Well I put it into a local reputable bodyshop for a few small touch ups, the wide arches to be fitted and a couple of bits smoothed off. Was quoted 4-6 weeks originally and I finally got it back, pretty much destroyed, 14 months later so I have had to put it all back together, repair loads of bits, paint it etc etc. All good fun
  4. Probably yes. Every time a wheel comes off (for new brakes, pads, tyre change etc) the nuts should be checked after 30-50 miles or so.
  5. Cheers!! I did the interior with the 3M Ni-Doc vinyl, I think Carbon Forza are selling it on here. It is fantastic stuff and very easy to work with. Just heat it up with a hairdryer or hot air gun and it goes like clingfilm and can then be manipulated easily. It only struggles on very tight corners but can normally still be done
  6. No worries, glad you got it ok and are liking it! Cheers
  7. LOL! I can see why people get them re-sprayed though, no bodyshop could do worse than Nissan did!! You obviously haven't read my build thread then Nope...I'll have to have a read!! I knew that comment was an open invite for shoddy bodyshop stories!!

  9. It's all weight reduction to make the car faster
  10. The dials look awesome! Mk2 strut lighting is much better as well
  11. Cheers Chris, glad you like the Dodo Sandy, have replied to your PM
  12. Cheers Dan Hi Sandy, I have got some Dodo Deals on at the moment including Supernatural Wax as well as Lime Prime pre-wax cleansers. Let me know if I can help with anything. Below is the link to my Dodo deals http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=129&t=31159
  13. The other ones you are refering to are probably a full set I have up for sale but they are front & rears. I gave £400 for my set of replicas so am wanting to recoup as much of that as possible
  14. I agree, I think they do look good, expecially with the optional 19" rims and the M-Sport kit.
  15. +1, think about it all the time. My brother has just recently sold an E60 535d and it was without a doubt the nicest drive of any car I have driven but for smiles per mile, I just couldn't chop my Z in for one.
  16. I just used a mini roller & a lot of patience!
  17. +1 I went a bit overboard though!
  18. Very happy this is back on again, I was sorely disappointed in Series 7 and the fact that Jack spent most of his time in an office! Looking forward to Episode 3!
