Thanks for your post mate... Although I understand server architecture and network hardware (Switched hubs etc), I have had no exposure to Active Server, Exchange, for example. I have specialised in voice, rather than data and whilst this pains me to say it, I do not think I would be able to add value to your company. (At least I am being honest eh? ) Thanks again..really appreciate it Neil

Last position was working for an American manufacturer. They utilised an existing copper pair (usually the telephone cable) by multiplexing voice and data to Hotel rooms to give guests Internet Access removing the need to install Cat5 cabling. I managed the EMEA division and sold the solution to Resellers and End Users across Europe and the UK. Previous position was Sales Manager at a value added distributor. They concentrated solely on all things VoIP, from SIP gateways to VoIP PBX's. Selling to the channel (Resellers). Previous position was Account Manager promoting remote working solutions to enable home users to utilise the company's digital PBX system (Nortel, Avaya, Ericcson) by delivering the digital features to the users handset as if they were in the office. That basically covers the last 12 years. Maybe Pre- Sales Technical, Technical Sales Manager, Sales Operations Manager as suggestions. Hope that helps, Stan Thanks again... Neil

I know this is a long shot because the only thing we have in common is a 'Z' and to be honest, I am somewhat embarrassed to post this, but I have been made redundant and wonder if you guys know of any Telecom/IT positions going? (Sales or Technical). If, on the off-chance, the answer is 'yes', I can send my CV etc to you directly The Job Agencies are driving me around the bend (excuse the pun). I have travelled miles to be interviewed by them on the promise of an opportunity, to find that they will 'add me to their database' - frustrating Hope the Moderators do not mind me posting this? Thanks in advance everyone. Neil

Maybe worth giving Chris Knott Insurance a try? I know that a few of us are insured by them (I am ) See this http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=47&t=15588 Neil

Guys, I have to put a big shout out to Tom Watson at 710 Oils http://www.silkoleneoil.com. I urgently required 5 litres of Silkolene Pro S 5w30 for a service with a Nissan garage on Monday. After a call to him, he allowed me to collect on Saturday, even though he was closed! Got to say that he is an extremely nice man and certainly knows his stuff on the Silkolene Pro range as he has been the official UK Silkolene Distributor for over 14 years and has supplied various F1 teams in the past. I told him I would post a message and in return, he will give all 350z members an attractive discount on the Silkolene Pro range of oils if you contact him (info@silkoleneoil.com) and mention the forum. 710 Oil are based in Pollington, near Doncaster so I thought this may be of interested to our 'Northern Friends' Neil

Guys, Need your advice on this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NISSAN-350Z-SKYLINE-G35-F35-AIR-INDUCTION-INTAKE-KIT_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ72Q3a1689Q7c66Q3a2Q7c65Q3a12Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318Q7c301Q3a0Q7c293Q3a3Q7c294Q3a50QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem350162909186QQitemZ350162909186QQptZUKQ5fCarsPartsQ5fVehiclesQ5fCarPartsQ5fSMQQsalenotsupported Seems a bit cheap to me? No doubt Sarnie will offer some good advice Thanks

Tim.. What have you done mate Are you no longer one of the proud 350z owners? This is a sad day Neil

This may sound stupid, given the investigation you have put in to this, but have you fitted the correct tyre size on your alloys mate? I mention this because I bought a new set of 19" Alloys and was incorrectly advised re: tyre size. The result was that at the same speeds as you, the steering 'travelled' from side to side and the vibration was bad. Changed to the corrrect tyre size to match the OEM RR after using a Tyre Size Calculator on the web, and everything is perfect! Neil

Did you feel guilty Martin

You can't get the staff, can you Beavis? Thank you both.

Don't do that mate... We would all get lost Neil

Guys, We are all used to seeing the 350z moving across the screen before entering the site and I also not that there are 4 buttons to select - 'Gallery', 'Forum', 'Live Chat' and 'Events'. Is it possible for someone to keep the 'Events' calender up to date please? This will certainly make life easier in insuring that we are aware of all events, instead of trawling through 20 pages under the events heading on the forum? Maybe the attendance to the events would increase as well? Just a thought... Neil

Can I make a geeky suggestion guys? We tend to identify each other by the cars we drive? Once we all get out, we all look the same Can I suggest that we display our site name in the rear window (or passenger side) so that we know who we are following, whilst helping to identify each other easily? It worked well at Haigh Hall, I thought. Wot d'yer fink? Neil
