  1. Hi all, In need of a pair of Falken 452 - 275x35ZR19 99Y tyres which is a direct equivelent for the rolling radius of the OEM 245x45R18's rear wheels. I've searched everywhere but cannot find any - have Falken discontinued them? I don't want to have to replace all 4 tyres with a different brand. Neil
  2. What a great idea It is the 'T' section that feeds two jets (one each side of the arm) that needs replacing though? Thanks for the suggestion. Neil
  3. Really annoying this as it is such a small part but the spray won't work without it. Noticed the 'T' section of the water hose (at the top of the drivers wiper arm) has perished. Does anyone know where I can buy replacements please? Thanks Neil
  4. Hi Mudman, This is probably going to sound so thick but, how did you get the codes to show on your phone? Is there an App that allows us to carry out diagnostic checks? Thanks Neil
  5. Had to take a photo for posterity Neil
  6. Thanks Dave, I've not looked but I assume the instructions also apply to the 2006 model, yes? I'll give it a go tomorrow Cheers Neil
  7. I suppose it is me being thick, but if I go to a forum and type 'door switch cover' or 'door finisher cover' in the search box, nothing is found? Anyway, here's the question - does anyone have any step by step instructions to remove the door switch covers so I can paint them please? I have an '56 facelift model. Thanks everyone Neil
  8. Sorry to sound thick Dave.. What do you wrap them with? Is there a specific vinyl that is per cut to shape that can be bought? Thanks Neil
  9. No mate... In fact I prefer the standard system, but as the back box is blowing I am looking to replace it. If I could find a standard back box that has been chromed (if that's possible?) then I would go for that. At worst, I'm looking for the standard box ('56 plate). You take no notice of the nasty people pulling your leg, sunshine  Neil Mildly condescending with 'sunshine' but other than that I think you two could be long terms friends. That was actually the joke flexib  No offence intended to anyone of course..

  11. I could do with 30 bhp! Think I might buy it and prove you all wrong Actually - you've all confirmed to me that I should stay well clear - so I will. Thanks everyone.
  12. Has anyone bought one of these and fitted it? Are they any good? I have a slight blowing back box (steady  ) Click here Thank you in advance Neil
  13. 2006 (56 Plate). I thought about replacing it as well. Can you still use the steering wheel controls with your new head unit? I would gladly upgrade the microphone if only I knew where to buy them from...
  14. When I'm using the hands free kit, the person I'm talking to say they cannot hear me very well. This is when I am moving. On the motorway it's impossible. I know that technology moves on so I contacted Nissan Customer Service to ask if I could purchase a better microphone, and in short, they haven't a clue. The kit is OEM'd by THBury but they say I have to ask Nissan. So it looks like I need to ask the experts 😉 Has anyone fixed this issue? Ta...
  15. Is that spelt correctly? I can't find it on the Apple App Store mate?
  16. Just stumbled across this app. Must say I'm quite impressed for accessing the forum on the move. Does anyone else use this? Neil
  17. Talking of Apple. This IPB Mobile App is quite good innit?
  18. Guess I will have to take it to a garage if it requires access from underneath then....damn. The amount of rain we are getting I would probably drown lying down anyway 😉 Thanks everyone Neil
  19. Thanks everyone - didn't mean to open a can of worms here... I would read the guides if I could get the search box to show results LOL. I must be doing something wrong here? I'm using Chrome and searching for 'Manual', 'User Guide', 'Service Manual', 'User Guide' and so on and nothing comes back? Neil
  20. I'm confused now These are new belts The Nissan 350Z supplies power to its engine accessories by using a single serpentine belt. The belt derives its name by the meandering route the belt takes through the pulley system. An auto tensioner pulley system provides constant tension to the belt. This makes it unnecessary to manually adjust the belt tension. If the belt shows signs of wear or damage, you need to replace the belt as soon as possible to avoid a breakdown. Neil
  21. Anyone experience this? When starting the car from cold, turning the air conditioning on, or turning full lock, the belts scream like a stuck pig. The belts are not Nissan, in fact I won them in a North Wales Meet raffle Anyone got any suggestions on how I fix this please? Is there an adjustment that can be made or do I need to purchase a new set? (in which case, are they easy to fit?). Also one for the moderators - does the search box work on the site? I searched 'fan belt' (site remove the word 'fan' for some reason, 'fanbelt' and 'belt' which all showed 'no results' Thanks all Neil
  22. So... Do I need a special coolant that has been passed by virgins? (£170.00 seems a lot to me).
