As I briefly mentioned in the "Zeds Here" post near the bottom I got a little dent and scratch on my car, as I am really concerned about appearences and treats cars as a person, a minute doesnt go by I dont think about this blemish on my baby. So I went onto screwfix.com and ordered one of the suction cups which is designed for small body panel dents and was wonderig if anyone has used these before and what results they seem to get, went to the Nissan garage today about a few flaws when I got the car so have ordered parts and will sort the paint mark when the parts come in, but say they cant do anything about the dent . Or if anyone knows good alternate meathods I could use (bearing in mind im near Edinburgh) so like bodyshops and that could not be far. Thanks in advance. Alex.

That sounds good with me. Long as its not too hard to find

Sounds good to me man, I spoke to rev and he said just let him know when and where and thats cool so if Monday suits then Derek can just post when he is available on the monday and then we can get time sorted. If that suits everyone? P.S. Car goes in tomorrow to note some issues, (car came with the passenger handle scratched quite bad, not like length but depth and the vent on passanger side is broken). Tonight I hit the car door from some one elses motor, an unusual and will NEVER HAPPEN again to my baby So hopefully Nissan can sort that as it haws left a small ripple and scrape on it

Good idea save me the money, i mean I put it to a full tank last night and today its just at half which aint bad considering a fair bit of driving, and not always slow including a drive to Edinbugh and back! Well Minel I will meet up if you still fancy it, I think revsport was up for it too, wonder if derek would as he stays about a 15min drive from me lol! If you wanna orgaise something I would be up for that, as long as its either weekend or after 5 during the week as my mum will be using it then for a little.

Hey Guys, Yesterday I collected my 350 from the local Nissan dealership and all I can say is wow! Im still a bit cautious as going from a 1.6 to this so tend to take it quite easy. It is such an easy car to drive and has a good ride, im so happy with this and can see myself holding into this for a little while to come. Only concern is that my mum is using it too just now till she goes back abroad end of next month as she is working temporary here which means no Nissan till after 5pm . Soon as I get it later if the weather stays sunny I will get some photos taken and uploaded to the site. So hopefully any meets or events that are hosted soon I am now worthy of going

probably would have considered it a while back nikos I still cant get over these prices Got a call from the Nissan dealership yesterday as the car came in. It was totally immaculate apart from a bad stone chip on the bonnet. Got to drive it too and I STILL cant get over how smooth a drive is. Although its here I cant collect till tuesday because of servicing and checking (really I think there doing this to get me to commit suicide or something)

LOL tell me about it M13KYF. Sicne about last sunday I have found it hard to go to sleep, and now i dont even think i will be able to. Im dreading when I get the car that I wont even come home for about four days from driving lol
-
Was looking at M3's and 350z's only really. Wanted a car that (for where I live) isnt particularly common, fast and everyone knows what it is but DrP said its more expensive and lets face it, I think M3's suit businessmen and older parents than someone like me. Cant beat the Nissans "pimping power" lol

Hey guys, Today I just went to the Nissan dealership and officially confirmed a Nissan to be sent up, will be here in about 7-10 days and if it meets my liking will be checked over and preped for me to get the next day (as I cant see why I wouldnt want it as they come immaculate and are checked). I ended up going for a colour not mentioned in that previous thread, but its a 350 all the same 54 350z GT Rays 5800 miles Azure With Black interior Cant wait and will feel truley worthy of being a member of this site. Will poost some pictures when I see it!

lol, what dont you find on the internet these days?
-
that is bad news revsport, do you have your nissan lowered at all or is that standard
-
see that was another disadvantage of the kuro was about having to constantly clean it to get it looking its best, and through the nissan dealership they seen to have a better selection and therefore better deals on the GM than kuro so its still a tough one, cause there is one local with the GT pack + RAYS and in GM and cannot stress hwo nice i think it looks. That infact was my influence on GM aswell as Kuro. thanks for the replys too guys!

sounds good. going to get things going soon, really wanting this car a.s.a.p. now
-
yeah thats a good point, cause you wouldnt want it if it leaves a colour variation or a glossy texture etc.
-
cash for games, how can i not try it
-
thats cool, not even far, fancy getting meeting up sometime?

My Car is back and its sitting outside my house right now
Alex replied to Revsport's topic in 350Z General
the azure is a really nice colour, and a car liek a 350z you dont really need to make it that more unique a, because it is such a prestegious car anyway. looking good rev. -
i know its real difficult, but like M13KYF saide, an di think deep down i really would slightly prefer the black, regards to cleaning i will be doin git every second day tryinb gto pimp it at the local jetwash lol. what do you guys think of this? http://www.volkspart.co.uk/ i was really considering something like this for the z to avoid things like stone chips. Would it be worth while because i think for the front bumper area its costs around 200-400 if i can remember correctly.

Hey guys, thats me almost at the stage of getting the nissan, going to go via dealship and not private anymore. i was determined for the Kuro Black with Alezan leather... but now im not so sure, im really considering the gun metal grey with black leather. regards to rarities around where i am 350z are rare in general so the fact that (in my opinion) i would say the gun metal is a lightly more popular colour that does not bother me. what do you guys think i should get, i really am not sure now? but it would only be these two options and not any other colours and combinations. comments are appreciated, and what do you guys have
