  1. ack typical! I took the car out yesturday and was returning back to where it was parked just in time to witness someone else reverse a 13 year old Renault into the back of it! He then got out, looked at my car, and ran away into his house! I gave chase and got him out again and got details. Chris
  2. Anyone had any experience of having a kit painted to match your blue? Chris
  3. We sell Injen from our website. They do come with a new air flow meter housing but do not do away with an AFM. I read on another thread that the Nismo CAI is just a re-badged AEM one. In our experience there is no difference in quality between Injen and AEM that we could find. There *might* be a difference in the air filter between the two kits but I dont think it would be much, and I am sure K+N make the Injen filters anyway.
  4. Ah well - let me know next time. Now the car's on the road again I am well up for a meeting!
  5. Perhaps its time to organise a Scottish meet?
  6. Is this the keyring you're after: If so, we have loads in stock: http://www.funkystyling.co.uk/item_deta ... =449002562
  7. yes, yes I am here! Just been lurking recently with not much to say. The car's back from the bodyshop but I've no pics of it yet and it needs a right good clean inside and out! No problem with the GB. We've got quite a few in stock but not sure I have enough for everyone. I'll check on Monday and if not just order up a bunch more. Cheers Chris
  8. Hi guys I would like your comments and feedback about a new section we have added to our site which highlits information about our company. Please can you take a look and see what you think: The Story of how Funky Styling came about Some pictures and a write up from past events etc Why buy from Funky Styling? Any comments, good or bad great appreciated. Thanks! Chris
  9. Aye it is a bit chavvy but its not too bad really - exhibited there before and it is a bit scarey. Theres plenty of cheap dirty young girls to enjoy though (dont tell the wife I said that!)
  10. I've had Toyos on my FTO for years and cant fault them. Recently though we put Avon onto the wife's TT and they work fantastic on it. For my Z though I still run the Bridgestones but am looking to change them soon so was thinking Toyo or these Avon ones. Continentals are meant to be good too and in the past the wife had a Celica GT4 with them on and never had a problem, and lots of GT4 OC members recommended them too. The only down side is that they cost alot and if you're not loaded then it might not be the best value for money for you.
  11. I'll be going along with the RevDevils club www.revdevils.co.uk I'll see you there with a bit of luck? Chris
  12. Hi James - I havent forgotten you and saw your post here and thought I'd just post up for everyone to see instead of calling you back. I've been doing alot of searching for these rear pads and come up with no match so far. We can import some from USA, or some from Japan but this is probably a poor value for money option. I am sure the non Brembo cars run with calipers off one of the other Nissans (Skyline perhaps?) but I'm not totally sure yet. Still looking in to it though Chris

  14. It might be worth shopping around - I also have an FTO which when I declared my new wheels they didnt charge anything at all extra (A-Plan). Interestingly enough, it costs me more to insure my FTO than it does to insure my Z.... whacky!
  15. wow! I'm paying £700 with max NCB etc. I'll be shopping round come renual!
  16. Just arrived into stock now we have: Drop me an email if you'd like anything : sales@funkystyling.co.uk Cheers Chris
  17. Yes the LED ones require wiring. I fitted a set to my own car and ran a switch from the dash on a seperate circuit but you could also wire them into the side light circuit too if you wanted. The URL to the guide posted up already is very usefull. Chris
  18. emmm, that's not them - it's the clear reflectors on the front bumper... no wiring in needed
  19. They look great! By the way, what wing is that? Lovely too!
  20. We're just about to put in a stock order for these - if you want one/two please place an order on our site and we'll dispatch out asap http://www.funkystyling.co.uk/images/pr ... -BADGE.jpg
  21. ahh, good idea. Mind you last time I used 'the wifes' hairdryer in the garage I returned it to her covered in dust and grease and making a terrible noise. Needless to say I am still paying for that 3 years later
