  1. Yeah, just read that. Apparently, with either the 350z engine or something uprated (they suggest the one from the Nismo 350z concept, 350bhp). The range topper may also get 4wd and sport suspension. It may be here within the next 3 years too. My opinion? It looks lurvely! It has 4 seats too, which could come in handy if any nippers feature in my future!
  2. Hmm, sounds interesting! Any idea if any shops sell this or similar stuff? I was hoping to have a go at doing this today. Just tried Halfords online, but either their search is crap or they don't have the stuff.
  3. Just thought I'd say that's a top notch forum to have and I've just printed off a couple to try to get rid of some squeeks! EDIT: BTW, does anyone recommend any spray grease or anything to stop the plastic clips from rubbing?

    Targa Top Z...

    Very good point there!

    Targa Top Z...

Yeah, I agree it's got a nicer arse than the soft top. I may have been tempted by one of those too (best of both worlds maybe).
  6. Nikos, if you're planning to make a clip on one like the ones that were on the other forum (but had stop being made ), then I'd like one too if you're planning on selling them!
  7. Interesting stuff Chesterfield! I didn't realise the bit about them having to allow traffic pass over them at the said speed limit. It makes perfect sense of course, but I'm sure I could list a number of places in Southampton where this isn't the case. Next time I go over a nasty one, I'll remember where it is and get on to the local MP!
  8. I hate speed bumps too! I've even caught the odd one with the stock setup! I'd much rather they used wiggles in the road, flashing signs and the sort rather than those fricken annoying things! Even when they're not damaging the car, it is no fun driving a sportily sprung car over them! Anyway, you could try http://stores.ebay.co.uk/Holdcrofts for the clips. It's an eBay store that seems to stock all sorts and anything that isn't on the list, they can sometimes get hold of (like burger badges for instance). Good luck!
  9. Nice car! Sounds like lots of people may want to buy some of your goodies!
  10. Niiiice! I wouldn't fancy taking it over a speed bump though! Any idea how they get 345 hp out of it? That must put it in a similar zone to a 911 in hp/ton terms too (especially with the lighter seats, wheels etc), so I bet it'd be pretty quick! Are they gonna bring it to the UK too? It's about time Nismo was used over here too.
  11. You'd have thought phpBB would have been pretty stable and only use what it needs? Very odd! Saying that, I bet most of the connections are dormant anyway, so just use a tiny chunk of memory and don't choke the CPU. I guess increasing the connections wouldn't hurt in the mean time either way though.
  12. If it happens again, if you copy and paste exactly what is said on the screen to here, it'd be helpful. Obviously, save it somewhere first and then post it when the site lets you. It sounds like it could be a MySQL error from just a quick google. There is a setting to increase this max connects number too. Either way, knowing exactly what the problem is would help in solving it.
  13. tbh, I don't see what all the commotion is about. Two sites run by two different sets of people. I'll still post of both, but on the other one I can't see half the forums, so I guess I'll post more here. I'm sure both sites will do just fine though.
  14. That has crossed my mind before Edd, but I figured it "knew best". Maybe it doesn't then!
  15. That's very cool! I've added myself too.

It looks like it's laughing to me!
  17. My gf is from NI, so if there is a trip on the cards, I may be able to talk her into it!
