Sunny, You have lost me, but I will try to explain. I have been a member over on the OC since day one, I have been a member here ever since I knew it was here. I was a member on the original forum for a year before that. I have meet most of the committee’s on both. If you saw what was on the other side, then you may understand why I have been busy. as I said, regrettably bullies live over there and I had to defend why I posted. I think it only post on either side when I have something to say, which is not everyday. All I wanted was my 3 requests and the best way was to start with the OC AGM since we will have our right to stand and it my opportunity to change things over there. Gus, No problems asking questions here. Yes I would like this club and the OC to join. I really do not care which one survives or if it comes under a new name. As long as we are one and peaceful. I have mentioned this many times, and it is what I hope to happen one day. When there was only one site it was okay (apart for the last 2 weeks when they said it was closing down, then the politics behind peoples back started). It would not be my option to close either, it would have to be ratified by both clubs. It is unlikely I will win with my aims but I think they are just and if many others also do, then it may work out. There really is too much them/us thing for it to be pleasant to stay around. I started the thread on the OC first, but I am not an admin on either. NOT one single person asked me to post, and no-one here knew I was going to do it. Some people think I am acting on behalf of people here to close the OC down but that is not true. Everything here is in the open, it does not need to be moved to an area to restrict people seeing it. Again no-one knew I was going to do this, not even me until today. So in short, it is my personal thing, I had to start somewhere and that was with the OC. Regards steve

Get ride of subs, so it would be free. Get ride of some bullies that are currently mods and try to intimidate others. Lastly try to see if we could all come together and play happy families. Tall order but they are having an AGM and think I should have my say.

Mine was okay for 2 in a row, takes 5 mins to get thru the Q again. However my mate in a A4 hasd smoke coming from brakes for 5-10 mins after he did 2 in a row. Once on the final straight after the bridge, just cruise and let things cool, after all its just a straight line, most people time between bridges anyway (yes I know you are not meant to time). I would say do brake fluid. But suggest you still only do a max of 2 in row then stop for 30 mins. You will use the brakes if you do not know the circuit, I think the boys that do it all the time can go out more often. May sure pads are also good, you do not need to change them but you also do not want then to wear out in the middle of Germany. Suspension was fine when I did my trip last year. If you really mean slicks, I would not go there unless a dry-sump system is fitted. Not bad at ring as constant changes in direction, but if you are doing something like Rockingham then may be issues. Lastly I would time it to coincide with a track day at Spa as you will be driving straight passed. Steve

check oil/water/power steering fluid. It is likely nothing but the traction kicked in too many times. If all okay do the reset thing with the accelerator pedal. Not easy but it does work. Steve
