  1. not sure, as Vauxhall are doing a tempting one with 4 doors, v8 and 420bhp. Only 3-4 grand more than a Zed.
  2. The car looks great, bring it along to a meet if you can so we can all have a good look.

    Carrera GT

I would have either at the drop of a hat, (and a lottery win) but dream car would be one that can do 0-100-0 in ten seconds and can pull 3g...... http://www.worldcarfans.com/news.cfm/ne ... s-us-debut http://www.caparo-t1.com/

This is my fav pic recently, went to hand feed him at the zoo and it was awesome experience. Not as scary as feeding the tigers as they are just crumpy barstewards.

I have Canon 20D and it was a 75-200L 4.0 with a x1.4 multiplier. (also used a mono-pod to help) Most of the pics look very similar, just changing the exposure time there some brighter and slightly with less of the moon covered up. Did not get any red/orange ones. PS Really want to ge t a 100-400IS but have stopped take many pic recently so cannot justify it.

  14. Go for it.....if you want a boot then get a 7. As for moding you would be surprised. I have been in a 380 BHP one. http://www.metacafe.com/watch/106865/rst_v8_bedford/ Also have a look at a radical.
  15. Zed is the daily drive, 7 is fun car and the astra to tow the 7 as Zed can't.
  16. Chaps, Think you are missing the point, do not wax or wash the car and just drive it.
  17. Kev, Your probably not into James Blunt but at Blenheim Palace concert "No Bravery" made you think what’s its all about. French Version here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=q2jp0Hjq ... ed&search=

Just why has no-one mentioned the chillies......
  19. Beavis, Yes, think it would be subbed out, however, it maintains the status of the car to that before the accident. It still carries all the warranty that it had before and should hold it value, instead of the possibility of selling the car with the reduced warranty. Only suggested this to bump up the repair price, did not want to imply that it would be an inferior job if it was done anywhere else. As you never know how good anyone is until you get references. The price will likely be higher as everyone puts their margin on, instead of the insurance company doing as cheap as possible.
  20. Simon, Speaking from experience there may be a way to make more expensive if that is what you want. I had a CLK 320 which I stacked on ICE. Was insured with Direct Line and they took to their repair people which do all makes. I want Merc to repair it and was give very good advice by people in the trade. Merc gives 15 year paint warranty if it is always serviced by Merc. The Direct Line repair centre would only offer 6 years for bodywork/rust. Therefore I said that was not good enough and insisted it was moved to Merc. They did not like that since Merc charged almost twice as much as their repair centre when it comes to mechanics time.
  21. Still very good showing.....just do not get the Atom timing or the Noble. Cant help but laugh that the 1st and 3rd place are still likely to be sub £20k cars to buy.
  22. Was quite into the man in black for a only couple of years before he pass away. The video is on the album released about six month after his death. Remember reading a book on him and about what happened after his wife died, most believe that what got him in the end. Sadly missed, but boy he knew how to live.
  23. Mine is at 6600. To be honest I do not use it unless on track and only when you are doing lots of high rev due to twisty bits being close to each other. You would be surprised in the heat of the moment and in traffic that you cannot tell the difference between 6k and 6.5k. Quick little flash lets you know. The last thing you want when overtaking is to hit that limiter.
  24. Would people mind if we charge say a fiver to enter, but this would be donated directly to charity as not interested in making money on this. The prizes would be donated then we do not need money for them either. (Thanks again for the kind offers so far) What do people think. Do we try to do some good or do we hand the money over to the winner.
