Well done Kev looks great.....could do with a little more carbon..... And a few trips to where it belongs. At Abbeville (1 place left) on Friday and Folembray (lots of room) on Saturday if you want an outing both likely to rain a little unfortunately.

As much as I am a Lotus fan would still go for the Porker. From what I have heard you gain very little in the Europa compared to an elise or exige. For everyday drive a 18 stone chubby like me needs easy access. Honestly go for the 2-eleven as cannot see you being disappointed unless you worry about your hair style.

Good luck with it as they are all nice cars. Get on SELOC or NYLOC (northerns) as helpful chaps and they will be able to ensure you are getting a good deal. Anyone else want to see what fun can be had in an elise try these links. Kev Plenty of people use the conversion as every day car. They mainly are tweated Type-R or Audi TT engine in the same car. A friend at work (one mentioned in other thread about Gumball) used his & his mate in another honda did a trip round Europe including a Swiss trip Another example would be a chap last weekend drove from Scotland to SPA for the LoTRDC, did the qualifying and 2 races then drove home in it. And he is selling for 16k. If you could live without the roof then a 2-11 is meant to be the dogs. PS you can get S2 conversion as well.
-
Kev plenty of converted cars around now, comparing the one you just tested just think what a lighter S1 would be like with a 300BHP engine.....
-
I also got hit with this on my 7 (second car). Did some phoning around and got a broker who would give me a 1 or 2 year NCD as an introductory offer.
-
Rays definitely an option on 05, I know as I paid a £1000 extra for them. Just most GT have them as those that paid 2.5k extra for the GT did not mind the extra 1k for the wheels.
-
My other option..... http://www.recoveryworld.co.uk/vehicles ... pictures=3 Good luck with the sale as I am sure it was well looked after and a great car.

Does the rear bumper stop you putting a tow-bar on. just checked and looks like no tow bar on any 6'er One thing that I was looking at was 550 only because it had brown leather and dropped 17-19k in less than a year. Likely to end up with a 335i Problem is I need to trade-in my zed so likely be going to a dealer.

Just had friends come back from a Swiss trip. They are also clamping down in a big way, he got a £1200 deposit for court appearance. The locals report car going through the villages, then you get followed by unmarked police car. As soon as they can nick you they do, my mate was doing 127km on a 120 road when it suddenly went to 100km. They got he straight at that point so he could get the biggest fine. The money taken was just a deposit to ensure he goes back, then they will dish out fine. He said he did not have the cash on him so was told he would stay in cell until someone paid, lucky they did not take his car or license away as they do if they catch you racing or dangerous driving.

John, get at at Cowley. They were out last week but if the stuff is coming back then there is a safe bet since theres 10+ pumps.

Have a Canon XM-2 if you need to borrow (be careful as cost me a fortune http://www.warehouseexpress.com/?/photo ... n.html#xm2 ) Would like to come but if cannot then Louis can borrow vid camera. Also low res pencil camera for it, with remote start/stop (LINC) cable if you want low down recording. Also have powerful flash 580 Ex 2 for canon digital SLR if you need shots at night. Louis only have an original Nikon D1 (now very low res 2meg) as mostly a Canon man.

The B3 should look good as the D3 does and that's a 2 ltr oil burner. Not sure the 135i is any better looking but is very different, will not be many around compared to the Z and I bet it could spank a standard Z around some tracks, would be interested in seeing it in the flesh.
-
Another reason I will be looking at the 335i or B3 Alpina when the Zed goes.

Rob, I know where you can get a HA solution for Win/AIX/HP-UX/Sol & Linux and runs "exactly" the same way so management is very simple. Have HA agents for DB2, Oracle, Sybase, SQL webshere etc etc. I can make sure you certainly would not be paying anywhere near list for it and you can run active/active DB's with dynamic work-load balancing. You could buy under a flex program to move the licenses between different platforms as and when needed to test different setups. There is always multiple ways to skin a cat, but without doubt VMWare is great product and we have just won awards for Clustering and Backup of VMware so we are 100% pro VMWare if you go that way. After the screw that keeps the rear blind in place. The small plastic cover (with netting) that fits on the boot lid and hides content. Took it out once and now only has one screw.

Seen a SL65 AMG there and few other exotics. Surely you can and a baffle/can to get it down to acceptable level. -
The list was at 5000 but that was 15 mths ago, hence may have may more now. Said to have 3 aircraft hanger to keep the spares cars and then fav's in a garage. Just outrageous to have 3 x F40's just so you can choose which colour you want to drive that day. think of the road tax bill he would have if based over here......
