  1. That was my point entirely. You start a topic in the off topic section and then you get censored for it being a pointless? Seems crazy to me..... you keep failing to grasp the essence of THREADS: a thread is entitled " do you like my avatar?" then the avatar gets removed for whatever reason the thread has just become pointless the thread gets locked do you get it?
  2. Cox is trying to sell a Vortech kit here guys, can we ask unrelated questions (ie what else is needed for a vortech installation, that's by the way already been covered multiple times, and you should use the search button ) on other specific threads? Thanks
  3. yeah but not half hour ending
  4. I can't believe such hardened spammers don't know how to use a live chat I agree with captint, no more avatar, no need for that thread to stay open, btw. with regards to the daily thread, not just mods can start one, start one sarnie and spam away. We'll make sure antyhign posted in the offtopic section doesn't count towards your post count this will mean we'll be even stricter on all the other threads, so please be aware of it.
  5. it's all the book's fault, the end is way too long in the book too
  6. the issue is that atm it's got so bad that we have to lock threads due to "you lot" spamming every single one of them. nevermind the ones in the off topic area.... let's get a grip and you'll see no more threads locked
  7. you are spot on there, moving it now
  8. I think the Vortech is still safe on std exhaust. But obviously if you get a kit, you might as well get an exhaust
  9. fi kits usually benefit from less back pressure, so a true dual exhaust is preferred. IIRC steve-b car had a nismo with the vortech and had no issues, Dorian did you have a true dual?
  10. of your new kit, nevermind the spoiler sourcing
  11. sl114 seems to know EVERYONE personally somehow
  12. I have Tokico D Specs adjustable dampers and RSR springs, bought them basically new from Kev. I have to say if you have a bodykit or have the intention to fit a bodykit to your Z, BE VERY CAREFUL on how much new suspension would lower your car to. the RSR springs only lower the car 0.5" but with my front lip the car was not a daily driver anymore, just too low. with regards to driving impressions, the ride is just a little firmer (but you can adjust it so you can play with the settings) but the car respods much faster now.
  13. apart from the big nose

I don't see the point in going 19", adding unsprung weight and affecting performance
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0_HDw4eGbWE some good numbers on those jap tuned Zs, shame about not having subtitles, especially for the spec sheets
