  1. well it's very sunny today here and Zelda is going to get a wash after about 2 months!
  2. yeah sure, now Autoglym is better than NXT, what planet do you guys live on? Autoglym leaves so much white residue that it takes as long to take that off as it took to do the whole car NXT result (and yes you get the big sized picture for your sins)
  3. use the windscreen wipers with your headlights off
  4. Then why have the 53/47 weight balance? Why do Palmersport use them for track days? I disagree, and having had the dynamics of the car explained to me, it's a revalation. Do the TG track in the zed and learn stuff about the car that will really change your opinion! It's not * a track car * but there's definitely a track focus to it and it's the reason why it matches track times of both more powerful and lighter cars. not being funny but steve_b has quite a lot of experience of trackdays, he's not gonna need to go on the TG track to learn about the Z mate I'm sure all he means is that compared to a properly specific trackday car (elise, exige, caterham, open top kit cars like fisher fury, ultima etc) the Z is just a capable allrounder. Plus who in their right mind would buy a 350Z exclusively for track days? (as it is). Of course if you start stripping it, modifying it etc then almost any car can be made more focused for track days. But then as steve_b says, you might as well just buy one of the cars I listed above in the first place.
  5. not being funny but as you are lazy not wanting to read the info already present, then people might be lazy and not bother answering your question PS I've already answered it
  6. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=54 and http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2569 we do have a FAQ section for a reason you know 5w-30 is just thinner. I used 5w-30 when I used semi-synth intially.
  7. yeah i noticed this european drift championship logo around, what's with the D1 then? Not following it that much tbh, only when i get the chance
  8. good question, Martin (350zNismo) is the man to speak to but he's been extremely busy in the past few months He's the one who sorted us that deal, but we should still have the brand ready to go on items... just need to know who we have to speak to! PS we gave a polo shirt free to everyone attending to thank them last Year.
  9. for what I understood from the US sites, it's another limited edition to homologate racing cars. So only a handful of street cars in Japan, that's it.
  10. I'm not expecting a huge difference based on the Italian guys' experience. BUT if I get to 300bhp (crank) I'll be very happy. I got it second hand from one of the Admins @ tech. All in incl shipping and all customs/vat charges was ~ £400. Also just got an engine dampener, I've got the garage full of stuff to install! Also been quoted a decent price for the bonnet and bumper respray for my new bits, but lots of big expenditures are coming up (new rear tyres on the summer wheels, P3 insurance, mot, road tax... all by end of may) so I'm going to be saving up like crazy!!!!
  11. many more here: http://www.350z-tech.com/forums/index.p ... =25074&hl=
  12. http://www.nismo.co.jp/380RS/ 3.8 engine will be officially rated at 400PS or around (395HP)

  14. that's a very nice spoiler! if it fits ok, it's quite cheap too! the Original Nismo one costs ££££
  15. Now I'm waiting on the spacer then the hunt for a tuner willing to have a go will commence... I'll install myself (there's already a NA map for Jaysen's car in it and he had similar mods to mine anyway, although surely mapped for US fuels...). Hopefully Paul from TDi North will be willing to have a go at dyno tuning it.
  16. ok so next saturday 20th Jan beavis Sarnie +1 TheMinel
  17. Hi guys, this is a new show organised by the same bunch that do JAE. Track action Euro drift champtionship Time attack public track time There's a twist: we teamed up with the Z Club and to celebrate the 30th (!!!) birthday of the Z Club we have been offered the chance of doing some parade laps behind a pace car at Silverstone One of the aims is to beat the 108 Skylines that took to the track last year The idea proposed is to do the laps with the 240s in the front followed by the 260s,280s,z31s,z32s and the 350s at the rear Entrance to the show will be £12.50 a person and the parade laps will be free and we can also have a Z area to park our cars in.
