  1. well normally it would have been 245x35 not sure if it causes enough of an error to be noticeable though. have a search on here about tyre size, there should be quite a lot of info about rolling radius etc
  2. they are security screws with a metal tip in the middle, just have a look!!!
  3. there is.... clue: view more emoticons
  4. check your MAF sensor screws and you'll see what i mean
  5. I thnk I saw Kai in his blade Nismoed Z around the Trafford Cricket ground stuck in traffic. Also, earlier at about 4.30pm on the A556 a blade one (again) going out of Altringham, waved to each other.
  6. more than once, but sure. Pop around and we can do it together. Make sure you have the correct security bit for the MAF sensor, as i had to butcher mine but wouln't want to do it on yours
  7. I swapped for Motul rbf600 for the brake fluid, still need to do the gearbox oil, but careful bout those as some can be too corrosive for our boxes. Amsoil recommended me for my new box (once broke in after 5k miles, which it isn't yet) "Would not put a fully synthetic oil into your gearbos until you have done about 5 K Miles; reasons are quite simple. Synthetic oils of whatever type are so slipppery that they will not allow the bedding in of the syncro rings. Once the rings are beded then the advantages are well known. Have qa mineral oil put in and then change it after about 5K As you can imagine I will be only too happy to steer you towards Amsoils MTG at that time. "
  8. I just trusted Kev's research and went for his stuff, which was basically new and at a good price, PLUS now I know how to install as kev taught me :teeth:

  11. what a nightmare! left work at 3.45 (just off J21 M6 where it connects to the M56) to hear the ONE junction I had to do to cross the Manchester Ship canal (Thelwall viaduct) was shut!. M56 was shut in most places, so I took the A556 then Chester road.... well it is now 8pm and I've just arrived. Lost power in work, finished off the laptop battery and went home. Might as well have stayed there in the dark, tbh. 4 hours to do 13 miles is madness
  12. the 350z-tech guys also confirmed it's normal.... I'd never noticed the noise before so my rad fan must b getting noisier then
  13. the search button works wonders with this type of questions
  14. apparently this is normal??? can you guys do me a favour and switch the aircon on, open the bonnet and check if the rad fan is blowing? Might be that it's normal but mine has just become slightly noisier? Getting clicking axle done under warranty and should also get uprated boot struts, fingers crossed
  15. have you seen the bonnet of the 2007 hr z???? that might make you change your mind...
  16. you being behind also makes a lot of difference as his car was doing all the aerodynamic work for you as well your Z hadn't much resistance from the air itself
  17. 8 is already a good number, come on guys this should be good Andy, will you provide evening entertainment like last year?
  18. didn't know they would bring it in so soon in the Uk though, only Feb? it's not out in the US yet!
  19. I was wrong! Upon closer inspection, it looks like the base stereo has already got the extra surround needed for aftermarket double dins!
