the Kinetix plenum IS noisy. both extra induction noise but I also remember a "plasticky" type noise and vibration coming from it. I didn't like that. Also, make sure the strut bar doesn't vibrate against the bonnet, as I had to adjust it quite a bit to make it clear the Plenum. WRT gains, I did certantly feel the difference, and when I took it off, again I felt the difference (ie less hp) and again when I put my spacer on, I certaintly feel it.

when i first bought it, I had 1 yr ncb and the best I could find was........ £1.5k with....... £1.4k excess! And I tried EVERYONE Was 28 then, but still

Dave from Lockwood & greenwood Nissan treated me well today: when my Z was in for her P3 ( £235 including the coolant change ) he'd run out of Micras and gave me this beast Was the 2.5L Diesel version fully loaded, satnav, heated leather seats, sunroof etc. automatic. Have to say was quite a comfortable ride, HUGE size, brake pedal feel was a bit spongy, but it definitely got respetc! quite a few cars getting out of the way for me to pass in that beast Made a change from the usual Micra anyway

don't do them white at least! on yr red Z do them dark red, if you really have to!
