    so???? who's a definite??
  3. mine does it but it's the raspiness of the hi-flow cats could be touching some metal parts mate, only way is to put it on a ramp and rev it
  4. what's wrong with that auction? I don't particularly like that design, but each to their own I guess
  5. I passed the Village on Saturday in the Yaris though
  6. wow lots of nice info, including the steering wheel control inteface! good job and now be true to your "title" and answer to all the questions
  7. same here, I didn't even know of its existence! Enjoy your stay!
  8. depends if you want a new car or not mate. I'd go Import and spend the rest in mods
  9. which is very true, and the hairdryer sound it makes oh and a little anecdote: they have RX*s to rent @ Edinburgh Airport from National, one guy went to pick up his car and said to his mate, wish we got the RX8! and the guys behind the desk..... No mate you REALLY don't want one of those...... guess they haven't been champions of reliability there

  12. yeah mate, improved interior TO AN EXTENT! new switches and centre console really doesn't make THAT much of a difference imo! I think the RX8 interior is much much nicer than ours, even the 06 model tbh! In fact I prefer the old interior to the 06 one on the Z!
  13. ESP on? torque is down on the GT4 but not by that much that you'd feel it, imo!
  14. you mean under warranty? non-existant
  15. yup, what he said mate, oh and lots of patience! eventually when little is left, also a Farecla G3 mildy abrasive compund helps
  16. ooooo I sense an increase of activity in the "off topic discussion" section soon enough.....
  17. I concur with Gus, with basically everything he says. I have 2 sets of wheels/tyres and the OEM RE040 seem everlasting! I have Toyos on the nice wheels, and they seem to wear quicker than my RE040, but are much much better tyres! If you want to go down the modifying route, I'd go JDM (say 2004 model ST or even base ones if you are looking at serious modifying anyway) then spend the rest you saved on mods!
  18. I have the B2 and find it very useful! Also, I did quite a stealth install so no wires showing for me
  19. sunny, it was sunny on the Wirral today! I was there (in the Yaris though ) and had a nice drive around
  20. I nearly managed that today! was on the Wirral, went to Parkgate for an ice cream, saw a GM ZR parked up, started running towards it with my spotted card.... they started driving off! nevermind
  21. interesting you say interior quality is better on the Z! I quite like the RX8 interior
  22. prob be same stuff as Supaguard mate
