bob! nice Nismo kit you have there! APS kit is imo at the moment the best TT conversion for the Z, BUT it's getting a bit too common in the UK (basically everyone who has a TT has an APS kit). This is also due to the fact that there is NO alternative in the UK at the moment. Tuners are simply playing it safe and are not interested atm to "invest" in other valid kits out there. Also, since there is no alternative, prices are kept artificially high ( i know of a person who had his kit bought and fitted for £5k , surely the company who did it STILL hasn't lost any money? ) If you go down the normal route, you are looking at over £8,5k which is ludicrous, when in the US these prices are basically in dollars... In UK we need some proper competition, to make prices get to an acceptable level...

Please don't mention the Ipod as i know already about it. I want to know your views and suggestions about alternatives. My requirements would be: connectivity (possibly to an aftermarket unit on the Z too) 20GD hd video playback would be nice decent battery life (both before recharghing AND before binning it) MP3 playability other formats support would be nice decent smallish size, but not too bothered. Price same as if not cheaper than the Ipod video 5th gen 20GB which i found @ £180 cheers

what, the driver seat squeak? it's a known issue, very annoying but there's a TSB out for it so EVERY dealer SHOULD be able to sort it

they don't know what they are doing then: my dealer sorted it first time AND it withstood the leather retrim/seat disinstallation too

no direct bolt on, you have to do additional holes mate. I left it to professionals, but with the template for the holes (mine came with it) should be doable

OMG! do I see 5 cars?????????? :teeth::teeth::teeth: Stephen, dates are flexible so we'll try and find a nice date for all of us to be available ok I will try and convince steve_jones to get it installed too @ Donny, then contact Jermaine with the good news! we'll also need to make sure to bring with us some tuners that will have to learn how to use the UTEC, so that we can get to them if we have any issues (shouldn't be but you never know)
