  1. Thanks Lex, I'm hoping to have some more interest on this as it's a really entertaining day out!
  2. yeah sarnie they are CF inserts, Protegimus off the old forum did them, don't know where's he's gone though??? seems to have disappeared was anice guy and Belinda was lovely too! met them at the Lakes drive in 2005
  3. fair comment mate. I was speaking to Adam from Z1auto just before, they are mates and not even he's managed to get hold of him in the last month or so, he's basically snowed under sh*tloads of work. I've already stated that if he lets us down this time I'm giving up in making him come here and we might just get the UTEC on a group buy from either Sharif or Adam and do like the Italians, get a willing tuner to install and map it and have some guinea pig cars... hopefully not. PS the thread has gone a long time as we hadn't found enough cars until just a while ago PPS what do you care anyway? aren't you selling your Z?

  10. why jap? it's like the choice of a clutch on our car just because it's a japanese brand... if the style's there ( performance in the clutch's example) and you know they are quality stuff, i say go for it!
  11. just to let you all know that the Brembo Sport pads are made by.... Ferodo (should have imagined, since they are both Italian companies :lol) should be good, will report back once fitted

    GT4 PICS

look mate if you can't see the dark "tinge" in the GT4 wheels (and you should as you have one, not that you paid for it ) I think a round at Specsavers is in order
  18. yeah but what is the car? is it just a one off from NMGB? or what?
  19. IIRC during my own research days (when i was looking for my own wheels) this is just the way they are built. In the WORK (very glossy) brochure they explained these types (and the 3 piece ones too) and it seemed to me that it would only make a difference when you went to try and repair broken wheels. Mine are 2 piece, for example, Kev's are either 2 piece or even 3 piece. Someone else want to chime in? for the sizes, post here too as you have to make sure they fit, don't forget to ask if they clear the Brembos or not (offset related)!
  20. I read the same in an Italian mag this morning through the Italian forum! they say they are going to present it @ Goodwood and it'll be good for 380hp? They call it the 350Z GT-S Concept, but I'm not sure about that tbh. they definitely mention some sort of forced induction! wonder if this is just going to be a NMGB initiative or what?? and are they going to be cheaper than a APS TT kit? hmmmm questons questions
  21. oZ racing website http://www.ozracing.com/2006/pages/index.php?lang=it if they make the wheels of the Veyron, they are good for my Z! momo website http://www.momo.it/
  22. MOMO and OZ are good brands, imo. Italian companies, both involved heavily in the racing scene, and quality is very good. Make sure you get some forged alloys to keep the weight down, not necessarily all models will be
