well the Z was launched in 2002 after all.... also the new engine seems to have issues in fitting in the current engine bay according to some yanks?

I did buy! was one of my first mods and yes it's a waste of money there's tons of performance Nismo stuff mate that's worth buying, just too much to list! in fact what could be worth to me, might not be worth to you! tell us what your plans are other than just have your car Nismoed then we could suggest stuff?

it's too personal tbh, you'd have to listen to them with them on! the noise that could be chavvy for me (for example the Invidia N1, on its own for me is chavvy whereas other people love it!) could be perfectly reasonable for others

UPDATE had a drive tonight, with no problems in any gear. Once back home I switched the engine off, and tried inserting every gear still with the clutch depressed, and 3rd and 4th wouldn't "be found" properly, for some reason, as in they wouldn't engage. Not that I'm too bothered if it only does it once the engine is off, maybe it's a matter "breaking it in" ?

you kidding me right? Nismo catalogue is VERY long mate... everyone will have their own view with regards to what's "worth" getting" though

I like the idea of keeping everything Nissan/Nismo. Hence I'm after a Nismo exhaust and perhaps some rims fair enough, lots of Nismo goodies to be had, that's for sure!

my personal favourites noise wise are, in random order and not considering other addons like cats headers etc that will modify the sound: Nismo HKS Titanium true dual Milltek Invidia G200 All these are imo good quality and fitment, I'm just giving you my opinion with reagrds to noise.

I agree I should have locked the thread when the "clever c*nt" comment was made. Although you might appreciate that when someone insults you, whether in real life or on the internet, it's quite hard not to respond. I then later on realised that I was just wasting my time and baptist as he admits on his first post here saw the thread as a sort of race, where in his opinion I was "losing ground on a discussion/debate" and not a thread about engine bay colour coding... I didn't see it like that, but I'm happy to concede him "victory" in any way he likes. I know he likes to have the last word on the internet.

ok now I maybe understand what you are after: you are right, I am sorry if any of my posts have irritated you or annoyed you. It wasn't my intention and apologise profusely. I locked the thread since the originator of the thread asked to do so, and because it seemed to me that you just wanted to go offtopic for the sake of it and just argue. I am really sorry I offended your feelings in locking the thread.
