  1. http://www.ne-vision.com/misc/forgedmeet/index.htm you might want to go have a look at some of these babies... thanks to NinjaZ for the link
  2. yeah i think it's once every 3 squirts
  3. you have to be snobbish when you buy a Porsche, it's in the contract!
  4. Spec difference is easy: both would be the "pack" version, so the only spec difference is what they changed to the 2006 model I'd go 2005
  5. great report Bernmc! it's so true what you say about drivers making all the difference: if you can't drive, you can be sitting in a Veyron but you won't be going that fast
  6. correct also don't bother testing them with the button next to the VDC. I test them like this: switch the lights on then use the windscreen wipers. They should work simultaneously
  7. give me a chance will ya BUT I did edit it before anyone could post, hence not showing the edit

  12. my Z did use quite a bit of oil during run in and I think it's fairly normal. For that reason checking the oil level very regularly is the best option. and yes the dipstick is a bitch to read too!!!
  13. you can have it too, have a look at your options panel (but we can still see you )
  14. it's the newer Interlagos fire colour (in the US) I think. Don't remember the name in japan for the colour. Note the US/Japan only sold wheels
  15. yeah I think 11" width is the max you can go without rolling the arches, careful with the offsets too
  16. that's what i was thinking. I only experienced a little understeer in the wet with the re040 on tbh
  17. i know for a fact that once the warranty has expired, my Z won't go anywhere near a main dealer
  18. performance will do moved. good info for people with imports non Brembo versions
  19. been busy too, refurbing my skirts (once I took them off I saw they were in a bit of a sorry state underneath the car, not that you could see it, but you KNOW it ) some nice G3 action on specific scratches, overall wash but no wax, yet. Will put the skirts back on tomorrow and wax it all.
  20. been busy refurbing my skirts, washing the Z and using lots of G3 to get rid of the odd scratches on my baby. Skirts are not on yet, but at least the car is now well clean.
  21. could make sense, since in Uk it was launched end 2003. In any case I think the yanks will get it before us, so we'll probably know what's going to be changing soon enough
