sure but you have to come to mine honestly the disks are 2 bolts... I'm not a mechanic either, hence the extreme ease
  6. wonder how they'd look if they were black....
  7. Even the Porsche I was lent was bloody blue it was a landslide victory! Azure rules! PS An Azure even won the best 350Z of the show... Nice to meet old and new peeps, especially the new like Hanel & Mrs, Dan72 (lovely kenwood double din touchscreen install ) and Dave great day overall, thanks to the Z Club for organising it! my pics here... http://www.350z-uk.com/gallery/thumbnails.php?album=111
  8. true urbanmyth but if the exhaust is included by the manufacturer in the package, any main dealer should include it too. The cars that have blown up afaik are G-Force's own car and Giles's car. If the kit is supposed to run on a true dual, and the exhaust is included in the package, so be it. Although tbh my finger as you say would be pointing more to the tune that has been done by those muppets rather than just the extra thermal load... All the cars you mention above are already turboaed aren't they? so that imo makes quite a difference (apart from the integra maybe? )

  14. yeah my mate from Speed-Racing is the European distributor for D2... he did offer me a complete set a while ago. I heard of them, emergent Company afaik, but haven't heard any feedback on them really. Oh and they chose the wrong colours... PINK! wtf?
  15. ok I've pointed the TOMTOM exactly to the arrow on Mike's map, let's see if it works.. see you tomorrow
  16. PS : scorn noun {U} a very great lack of respect for someone or something that you think is stupid or worthless:
  17. Because I dont feel he is more qualified to make such an assumption over the people Nissan employ to test such things. in other words, you don't believe him
  18. Mike was another witness to the discussion. That was mr Brewer's statement. good stuff, time for bed, long study day ahead tomorrow for me. WRT the "physics discussion, it'll be interesting to see Miraglio's point of view on grip on both dry and wet conditions. I did try my best to translate his post as I sd, but Dorian doesn't seem to believe and/or understand the point he was making (unless he says that he discredited it due to the discussion being for WET conditions only, although only you mentioned that clearly)
  19. Here is what I said (Again you are not reading it correctly) Where did I dispute the fact that he went to Japan? Where did I dispute fact that that he tested tyres? You need to read what is there on the page Val and not what you believe is there. oh come on just admit it, asking for credentials in "being a doctor in automotive compound adhesion (would that be physics?) " surely is sarcastic to say the least? ie you don't believe it. otherwise why being sarcastic?
  20. It was this information I based my questions on. Your last statement: was never mentioned in Max's text, and I am not privvy to that information, however how can you expect(considering Japan is notriously different to our UK roads) to compare a tyre for use in the UK? And if they did employ Mr Brewer for EXACTLY this purpose why do they spend vast amounts of mony on NTE Cranfield and NTE Bonn doing the same thing? Again just another question I would love to know the answer to. Maybe all the world needs is Mr Brewers opinion. (Alongside "others" of course you are taking it personally mate, I am just reporting a conversation that I partecipated to, end of. Whether you believe it (or me for that matter) is a completely different story. Since these 2 technical Centres you mention appear to have done such a great job in choosing such a crap tyre, tbh I rather have mr Brewer's opinion then, ie that he did say it was shite but wasn't listened to
  21. so the service manual actually specifies a "wrong part" ?? that's what I get from a UK service manual revised November 04.
