  1. took your time mate! looking forward to see your models, looked great in the flesh!!!
  2. lighter flywheels are supposed to make the engine rev much quicker, if I'm not mistaken. I have Fidanza flywheel waiting to be installed in my pile of parts, but not doing it unless doing the clucth at the same time, so that'll be a while. once I do my bits, the aim is to minimise downtime AND labour costs by doing parts that are connected (like clutch, flywheel, clutch line) at the same time... PS a little judder is normal afaik
  3. will be "paper white" mate and have a little metal grille on one side. that'll be the S-Tune filter, don't think it's written anywhere
  4. we do have a spare bed but it's a single one, you coming on yr own Tim? if you you are welcome to sleep with the fish (true, honest! )
  5. afaik the handsfree setup we have here is fitted when the cars arrive the the port??

PS H5 if you are coming, I'll give you the free sticker then?? haven't sent it yet
  7. I like SF Challenges! seen a few on Zeds and they LOOK HOT! yeah quite a lot going on on the spokes but quality is top. That price though is way too expensive although it includes tyres ! I'm sure you can import them ALL IN for ~ £1700 ish no tyres if not even cheaper!
  8. power to weight ratio is actually in favour of the Mini... ! must have been the RWD setup that allowed you to pull away, they must have some torque steer i guess
  9. roadsters haven't got holes... I heard 06 coupes might not have holes? this needs confirming Best way to get rid of the sticky stuff is to heat it up and roll it together with your finger which will become sore after a bit. Once most of the stuff has gone away, use something like Farecla' G10 to get rid of the rest
  10. I'd get a lighter one, but careful as too light and it'll be quite noisy. how did you manage to have to replace just the flywheel and not the clutch?
  11. but you need the parts for a lhd one mate... trust me (or check on the service manual )
  12. sorry mate you tried TDi North??

  14. does look bad, true Rish... ouch
  15. i briefly looked into it (trying to source the lhd parts as equivalent for the side of the car...) but the parts were too expensive (£200 ish iirc) and too many!
