  1. I'm in.... a while ago I tried to contact Brembo directly for a paint code! I got transferred to different people with no definitive answer though unfortunately! mine are rather chipped so I'm in for sure!
  2. yeah what date was that info? Don't forget what Novidem themselves have told me though... "we are currently negotiating with a qualified company in the UK to be a subsidiary for Novidem High-tech Supercharger Systems in the UK. We are looking for a suitable partner to further promote our supercharger systems as the response of media and testers to the Nissan UK project car GTS was phenomenal. Please allow a little more time to come to a final solution and then we will be very glad to pass all the details to you – so you can directly talk to our future partner in the UK. With best regards from Switzerland" so let's do some maths: new GT costs what £28k? another £8k for the SC installation and factory warranty? not sure it's a good deal imo.
  3. I have 31k but no issues with the clutch and it's been driven "properly" too. But yeah some clutches have failed not due to abuse at only a few thousands miles
  4. 2 parts?? where do they join? nice looking but it'd be still too low for my Z
  5. agreed. oil dipstick design is abysmal welcome btw :teeth:

    Spacers

no it's fine, good info shame about the article being in German though
  7. hmm tempted just to keep them for when I need them, god price!
  8. my dension Ice-link works very well, and never had a problem, done the installation myself too... see DIY guides section (but mine is the std stereo)
  9. in the case of a Z at least you still get the same car (more or less) but most of the times you get what you pay for, quality wise ALthough some bargains are still possible, some times
  10. do you intend to modify the Z ? if so you might want to look at imports, build date past Novemeber 04 (and use the money you saved for some nice mods) Tiptronic is a very nice box, and very reliable apparently. I drove one briefly and was quite impressed with it. I'd still go for a manual, but depends on your use of the Z really
  11. show cars don't need to be purposeful hence screens everywhere Mathys nice pics and thanks for the report! Hope you gave the site address to your new friends The wheels the GM Z has are the Anteras. The owner's claims about 340+hp with just a NA tune even if more extreme than what you mentioned are rather optimistic though, I have to say
  12. You'll be fine Marco. who do you want to buy it from? They both sell it at the same price (but I guess shipping will not be free and it'll be a little extra cost) the pic might be just too big in size (bytes) for you not to be able to post it. Send it to me to my email address if you want
  13. hold on though, I'm just talking about quality wheels vs cheapos. Not saying mine are the best or anything like that. you know I like yours, but they are still cheapos I outlined above the reasons why imo one should buy quality wheels, and i'm sticking ot it

    JAP PERFORMANCE MAG

yeah i posted it a couple of days ago mate, in the JAE thread
  15. if that's yr opinion, i'll leave you to it. But no they don't spin around just as well, they take much longer due to the extra unsprung weight And not being forged mean an aluminium that is not as strong as a performance veichle as heavy as the Z demands.
  16. guys, although some people might not get offended by what others say on an internet forum, we are not all the same. it's about respecting each other, and appreciate that not everyone feels the same as us about things. Ir_fuel please PM your apologies to Mike as he was offended by your remark, although we appreciate it was just a joke. Sarnie has apologised, you haven't. One thing is posting a comment about your own opinion, posting something that can be taken the wrong way and not apologising is a completely different thing. read here about Forum rules of behaviour, to which all need to stick to. http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2649 http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=46 http://www.350z-uk.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=18 Thread locked.
  17. you have a 350Z and chav it up with cheapo's wheels, shame on you!
  18. I've got some Rough-as-a-bear's-bum wheels, they weight 35kg each without tyres
  19. well sorry if you lot always point out rubbish wheels, not my fault!
