the explanation posted on the first post doesn't take into any consideration, object in motion, which cars are, and friction! Cars just don't stand there, do they? they move! and a whole host of new forces come into play then

It only needs raising for the air channelling part, you can fit it as short ram easily. Then at a later stage add the air channelling bit

the filter itself is in exactly the same position as the Popcharger and OEM. It's the "cold air channeler" that makes it better.

one difference is that the Popcharger only sucks air from the engine bay... Thats not strickly true!
