most NA mods aren't worth doing; the best thing to do is save all the money you would have spent on NA mods and just go FI from the offset. the 350Z is the most disappointing car to mod on an NA basis.

You're looking at around 12 hours of labour in fitting manifolds, and that's if you know you're way round the zed well. Average labour is about £50 an hour, your looking at about a £600 labour charge on top of the manifolds. Of you're spending that much I wouldn't put cheap crape in, just in case the welds pop and you need to take them back out. So you could be looking at a £900 bill to gain about 10 BHP max on a n/a engine. BHP per £ its not worth the investment of time and money unless you already have the engine out.

Dropping the speed limit to 60 would see peoples mpg improve by I think something like 10-15% so over a year anyone who does a lot of mileage will be financially better off

The higher the pump flow rate and pressure, the better the foam. I have a mini Bosch and its great, but it needs more oomph to make better foam. I have the ad lance and ab foam, but need more power. Really like the Bosch washers, but they're expensive, if I can't afford to upgrade to a bigger Bosch I'll probably go for something like the nilfisk.

Remove superficial stuff like the decal, and give it a respray and you have a vielside zed with an iberdesign bonnet. Paint and sticker make it look corny. But seen some right fuglies on here over the years. Agreed its not great, but its not the winner of worst ever zed.
