  1. i liked the S3, but it was £90 i didnt need to spend. my next question is how to transfer apps
  2. had this on my zed a few years back, looks to be the same as the swift motorsport one as the instructions have the same car in it good bit of kit fairly straight forward to fit, and great for shows as you don't have to worry about removing and sticking plates on etc.
  3. Suppose i might get in on this
  4. what specific skills set you looking for? is it CAD based, project management? husky works for jaguar i think he currently works in their transmission and drivetrain section currently working on secret jag projects., but did work in electrical systems, think he was incharge of all electricla systems on the freelander 2 project.
  5. best of luck with the BMW
  6. the wheels look similiar to the ones husky had ages ago before his 5 axis wheels. if that is a nurrish nav i'd take it out and burn it. as it will be as about as useful as a childrens book with a picture of a map on it.
  7. I have a desire and have had problems with the reception but overall I do like the phone itself. My contract is up next week and I wanted a HTC one X but after some serious looking into I have opted for a Glaxay 3. My reason is because I can add more memory, has a slightly bigger screen(tiny amount), a better screen/display if you put them side by side, you can change the battery on a Samsung ie carry a spare and finally it looks better than a HTC. I never thought I would go for a Samsung but they have my business this time, should have the phone in a week or two the deciding factor for me was the HTC was free to upgrade and the samsung was £90, both on same contract, so i went for the HTC.
  8. well i just ordered the noew HTC one X look forward ot playing with it soon
  9. No - didn't read the code. Will make sure to read it if i comes on again. hope it wasn't anything serious, but yes next time read the code don't just clear it.
  10. did you read the code before clearing the ECU, its always wise to actually find out what set the lights off

  16. no you were right, i was getting grumpy and starting to ramble. had a nice chat with chesterfield Via PM we are both on similiar wave lenghts after all slightly off topic i found this interesting, this is the top 30 paid jobs of 2011; mix of both public and private http://www.guardian.co.uk/money/2011/nov/25/highest-paid-jobs-uk-2011
  17. clay bar will remove it, but i'd be charging them for the labour to do it, why should you have to bust a ball for someone elses screw up. get wasso from pristine detailing to write you a quote for the work, especially if its on headed paper, and send them the bill and the photos, explaining you will be expecting a check in the next 28 days. thats not an unreasonable ask.
  18. i'm fully trading again so if others want hexis vinyl i can get any colour any size just drop me a message and i'll sort you out green cars looking good by the way, supprised you haven't done the A pillars yet, as they are nice and easy.
  19. don't know the xk150 as well as i do the xkr100 but if comparing the XKR150 to the XKR100 then aesthetically i think the 100 is better looking but the running gear in the 150 is better. so my guess is down grade the XKR150 to an XK it should be fairly similiar. V8's are great, the V6 is a good engine but get a good exhaust on the XK and you'll be sold for life. nice place to be. nice having the space of backseats even if you can;t really fit people on them. but must admit i waited till i was about 30 as i didn't feel old enough to drive one before then, always felt as if i would have been driving my dads car
