  1. which one you loooking at? is it a reel fed or a cartridge machine? as for the drawing depending on what software its done on if someone can get it to me i can redo the drawing and remove the text. i have contemplated buying 10 cases sorting all the internals and blanks + painting/carbon dipping etc, but its a big out lay, they won't be cheap and people will still have to pay for key cutting on top. would people be interested in this if i sorted it all out?
  2. It's 3D printed so I'm sure you could ask them to blank out the Qashqai logo on their 3D model before printing, they might even put 350Z on there if you ask nicely. Seems expensive at about £40, perhaps someone could ask about group buy prices? the company just print the drawings sent in, you'd need to get the original artist to redraw it with no text on, its not as simple as saying do you mind just not putting that in. we use 3D printing for prototyping, i'd be interested to see how strong they are and what plastic they use.
  3. put a link up to one i think from memory you can't get the transponder to sit close enough to the key, and the internals don;t fit properly
  4. good find i can get them finished in carbon if people wanted these be interested to see how you get on with it. key case is about £35 then you need to find the key blank and internal fixings possibly £10 for a dead key then paint costs on top. thats not a cheap key
  5. Currently running Bosch all in one wipers, they are ok, but I miss my PIAA wipers, they are the daddy, all style shape but superior clearing, especially if you use rainx
  6. Glad you like it, they should be fairly hard wearing as its a 2k clear coat. So heat treated, and not air dried. Got a nice set of b pillars that are waiting for a nice home. And something special on its way as well. just keep the woodwork away from the jag, its already way to friendly with the rust beetle
  7. a whole front bumper would cost about £300 to spray, so a lip would probably be about £100 - £150 if you have the sides as well then probably another £150 per side, and about £80 for the rear spats. no special paint for low areas like that, but you can get a clear wrap put on like armourfend to protect ti if your worried. as for spraying yourself i'd advise against it, as spray can paint isn't baked and is not as hard wearing as 2K paint which is baked.
  8. my online radio has just started playing "it will rain" by Bruno Mars; and its peeing down outside
  9. the amount of people i've passengered with who think they're Senna driving fast but their gear changes are horrific, i'm not suprised the clutch gives out. especially when they drive like that and don't heel and toe or double clutch for me high mileage on a V6 would be about 250,000 miles but even then its not a dead car.
  10. i love those small carbon lip spoilers they'd suit the car well.
  11. Yet you have aussie genes in you lol.... come on rich Twobears... stop moaning we live in the Uk.... what do you expect i don't mind the hot weather when i'm on holiday but even then i have my limits. i don't burn easily though which is an advantage; my disadvantage is being part wookie. its like wearing a fur coat in the summer
  12. have to agree, i've had RE040's on several cars and although their wet traction isn;t as good as others they have always been progressive, they only spit people out if they are hamfisted with them. they are also a great track tyre, and in the dry they are very good. Bollocks, they're great in the dry (lots of feedback and good progression) and okayish in the wet. They get much better with some heat in them too. Nankangs are at least named budget tyres, yet, I managed to not have any accidents on no named budget tyres with 3mm at the rear and falken ze912's at the front with 2mm.
  13. i love the rain, sorry to hear its not to your liking, i dislike the hot weather, so for me this respite from the bright burning thing is great
  14. hot weather followed by wet weather often leads to slippery roads, the first rain after a spell of heat brigns all the crap to the surface. was it wet when you went off? these things happen, learn from it and move on; no point dwelling on it. sorry to hear about it, if you need a good bodyshop there is one near me at martlesham.
  15. He could have done that in a week if he hadn't fannied around taking all those pictures awesome video though so glad he did take the pics

  18. I'd change the oil yourself IMO its super duper easy. There is no dipstick so when you put in the key press the reset button 3 times when on the tempreture display. It will show you the battery voltage. Now scroll up till it shows you loads of info including the oil level. Turn the key once and then scroll back to it and it will show you in litres what you have. This is only accurate when cold and level though. man that is cool. as for the oil i'd od a change
  19. i'd be waiting for the hot version of the scooby BRZ
