  1. lucy's Iphone doesn;t work, my HTC works fine. Both on O2
  2. he still has access to one and remember car ownership is not like marriage, just because you found something you can live with doesn't mean your not allowed to go out and try other cars. or have car flings. he's just moved up to the big leagues, dating a high maintanence girl, she needs alot before she puts out, but when she does; she sure knows how to show off.
  3. I find this interesting as Meguairs Head office said that you can't double layer a wax on a car. lots of people do it but its actually a waste of wax. wax works on the principal that it fills in the pours of the paint work, and the excess is rubbed off. once the pours are filled you can't put any more in them, so any extra layers are just being buffed straight off. I sometimes wonder if manufactures tell people to use 2 layers so they get through the pot quicker and come buy some more.
  4. you want a nice looking 4WD try the alfo brera V6 Q4 alfa V6 noise full time 4wd
  5. poorboys diamond white is a good glaze for silver cars megs ultimate compound is a good polish with a DA dodo super natural is a good wax and i use dodo red mist as a sealer just because i have it. others could reccomend a better sealer
  6. love the chargespeed kit, looks great, but can't help think the car needs a new nose to match. might be worth parking nose out at a carvan club meet
  7. GTi6 are cracking cars, was the 2nd ever car i ever owned, superb little pocket rocket. cracking fun to drive
  8. Mk2 or Mk3? I can't stand the Mk2 veilside kit, and generally dislike Mk3 '2s purely because the Mk1 and Mk2 were great cars for their time/price range but the Mk3 I thought just lacked anything special. this one is an old friend of mines, he sadly passed away when i was a member of the MR2ROC, great guy and alot went into it. had a mk3 myself loved it, was a great car, the balance and handling was sublime. alot of the mk2 guys have slowly converted to them as they;ve found out how good the chassis is. and turbo conversions were so cheap and turned it into a right beast. and such an easy car to mod. i know its not to everyones liking but the little negine in it was great. or the 2zz engine conversion turned it into a great track car.
  9. i tell you what i do like the look of is the upcoming windows surface tablet.
  10. its the only failside kit i like, that and maybe the MR2 widebody.

  12. i love the RX7, awesome cars, speak to MWtech he knows them inside out. i think he's had about 3 i think they require alot of maintainence and can be expensive, but not as bad as the horror stories make out. the dash and interior is

    Kuhmo KU31

kuhmo ku31's are a good midrange tyre same as the falkens and the toyos never used them, have tried toyo and don't like them and now on my 2nd set of falkens and happy. they suit lower profile setups better. if you can things like the ultrac sessantas are good eagle F1's are very good wet tyres and dry. Dunlop sp sport maxx is ok as well.
  15. the manufacturing differs to injection moulding because its built up layer by layer in a 3d printer so the cell structure is different to injection moulded as its squirted in under pressure. without a smaple of both materials and an Izod tester its difficult to say, if the new flip design has thicker side walls then it might compensate for the material difference. just looking at things like the central strut which takes the spring load from the key, will it be up to being flicked open and shut everyday as a regular key. some audi keys have that as a bonded metal insert glued to the key frame. if its painted with 1k paint it will chip quiet easy in your pocket with other keys phone etc over time. thats why most keys have the colour injected into the plastic so scratches dont; show up as easily.
  16. just had a look through their materials section and at the bottom it says the key really needs to be ABS injected and not printed, this is why we only use this process for prototyping at work. good for making a quick mock up to see if it works but an expensive manufactuing process for small batches.
