they've also lost street view as well, its a shame in someways that these companies have to compete with each other in the same markets. means apple have lost out on some of googles good software. my guess is you would still be able to get google nav or maps of some kind as an app on the iphone to get it back

big fan of Dieter Rams, he's one of the designers i get my A level design group to research, sadly very few pick him, i give them a list of about 20 influential designers covering a range of era's and design styles. so far i've read 4 essays on starck and 2 on raymond loewry its not like i didn;t give them any choices

usually by putting my hand in my pocket only kidding, reception has been fine, i think some early ones had issues, but thats been resolved. last droid update killed the standard mail app, but got the official hotmail app so all was fine. new update fixed mail issue, but now all of a sudden GPS is down. but as it was a free upgrade i'm not to worried, and as i'm not GPS reliant it hasn't really bothered me. yes i'm sure if it was an apple it would never have had these problems and would be perfect like the little baby cheeses (jesus) but i like the doid OS at the mo it just suits my needs. works great as my mail and PDA setup talks to my windows pc fine. and does all the stuff i need it to. my last apple phone didn;t contract due in 18 months, and interested to look at new win8 to see if its decent by then.

All this bickering has made me decide to go old school if people want to spend their own cash on apple thats their choice. i tried it and don't like it, not becuase it isn;t good, but because i've become windows institutionalised. and i'm too lazy to sit down and re learn the apple way. to be fair non of them are all out best at everything. there are things iphone does better, and things droid does better. but neither do it all. for me money plays a big part. i have to base my decisions on getting what i need for a sensible price. i ruled the S3 out not becuase the oneX was better but because it was cheaper. i haven't bought any tablet yet as none of them are at the point yet where they are what i want to spend that kind of cash on. i do think some people need to not follow so blindly as it does look like a few are posting up like cult worshipers.

well going by how fast SJ has gone down, i'll be getting through a new on eto try at least every week just because i'm intrigued and the bottle looks cool, i think i'm going to give the kraken a go first. at the moment SJ is my benchmark so from this point on it will be my marker.

i like my bourbon but i'm really liking my spiced navy rum even if it is the old receipe got plans to try the Kraken next as others have said on the web its similiar to the old SJ receipe. apparenlty admiral vernons old J is the old SJ receipe revived. but i don;t mind the new one. am i really missing out?

i got the canon 1100D for my 30th, have to say been really impressed. wanted canon as i have a stock SLR which is canon, so the lens are interchangeable between both. but it more than meets my needs for now. i have shoot video on it and its better than my wifes dedicated video camera. quality has been great and met all my needs. treated myself to a good tripod. and some cheap toys. have to say as a basic user its great on auto settings, but i'm weaning my self off as i get used to how the camera works and as i want to achieve more in my photos.
