our couriers are pretty good my only slight complaint is that a couple of the couriers we use shut down their ipswich branches for collection and now my closest one is bury for one courier or chelmsford for another. both 50 miles in oposite directions. the one saving grace i have is if i leave a note on the door for them to leave with a neighbour they do it. if i don;t its back to tthe depo. and a long drive to go collect. royal mail have always been good for us

sorry but theres been a few times i've seen him where he just been plain rude. or blaming other things instead of just saying "i c0cked up" i agree he is a great cyclist, possibly one of the best we've ever had. but there are others on the team who are good but far more humble and polite. and no you don;t need to be arrogant to be a great winning sportsman.

Wouldnt you jack the front up? Don't ask me, I've not done it,as my mechanic uses a pressure filling system. just remember from reading on here.

that's a good 2 days labour, 16 hours x average hourly rate is about £50. rough guess of about £800 in labour excluding parts. price will vary on labour rate. I'm lucky and my mech is about £30 an hour. so around £500 for the labour, ball park figure I reckon between £600 and £1k for the job. labour rate is the key on this

could well be air trapped in the cooling system, they can be an arse and get coolant filled up right. in some cases people have found that jacking the rear right up when re filling the coolant helps get all the air out.
