  1. IF we can make it fit, it will stay. IF it doesn't fit, it will be posted up so you've been gesturing back to all those people, when they were innocently saying perfection!
  2. Should have gone for the TDX / Greddy exhausts that were for sale.........
  3. Driving to work this morning, taking into account it's 6:30am, and the roads are clear!! So the cobwebs were dusted, but I see a car following along, for the entire 5 mile dual carriageway...... I get to the traffic lights at the roundabout and some guy is honking his horn, so I turn round to see this chap in the middle lane doing the following: up from me and a bloody great big smile!! I've heard nothing but wicked comments with the Motordyne TDXv2, I'm just so glad that I took my time to purchase was has given me such a bloody good smile for the last 8 months. A shame that sound will go when the engine swap happens, but there will be a new sound to feast on
  4. You're not the first or the last. They must have cashed in good that day.
  5. I'd go components just for the fact of staging. But it all depends on what you use the car for, if it includes daily driving I'd go components. If not go coaxial. Wait till you see how far the audio will go in my zed
  6. Hertz owned by Morel (Morel in the process of going in my car). Focal are highly rated also. Both manufacturers would be a good investment. Here's my Morel speakers going in. Along with many other bits which I'll update in my thread later.
  7. I can get my clubs in, but have to take my driver out and lay it inside on its own. I've had a dead prostitute in there too, but she stunk after a while, I wouldn't recommend it.
  8. I tried a long while ago, and hate learning languages under tuition. So I thought about doing it subconsciously in the car. I left the CD running continuously, I have to say it worked, but the CD wasn't really geared too much around basics. I can speak of small requests, but not conversation. Although I've forgotten a heap of it.
  9. It will be between £12-14k for everything. But £1k to my Mrs because KEYSER is responsible in fact we may as well add Bob too
  10. Funny thing is, I took my other half to the Port Solent meet a fair few years ago where I met Keyser and Buster. I'd just finished a huge amount of mods with a lot of expenditure, exhaust, NOS, Plenum Spacer, Uprev etc. Spent a fortune!! Whilst eating lunch I'm sure it was Bob, he said "So Wasso, all these recent mods must have cost about £7k" (Mrs right next to me) "Nah, Nah was only about £2k Bob" Mrs didn't clock Bob looking at me as if I'd just jumped off the Banana Boat!! Bob said "no way mate must have cost way loads more than THAT!" - "Nah Bob got a deal didn't I!" ;) Bob didn't look convinced, but my other half was pleased on hearing I got a "deal". All mods therefore accepted at that point. How the V8 story will go I don't know. If I'm not around on the forum for a while, take it that my Mrs knows the real cost and I've been castrated or something!!
  11. Okay in relation to what I've told her v what I've spent, she only knows of around 30% of the total expenditure. Her perception is that I've spent around £4,500 I'm working on the plan to install said engine for a whopping £1,000 (My heavily reduced value) Little does she know that its total cost will be well beyond that figure. I'm calling it protection against her wasteful spending on clothes She doesn't understand my passion or insanity, its Zeditus, we can't help it.
  12. That's how it is at home, it's great!!
  13. I wanted to do the same with a Seat Cupra K1 driver, had the forum marked on his car but didn't get accepted to join their forum to discuss this idiots driving, probably cos my proposed forum name of "Red Light Runner" didn't get approved. To be fair DT, the driver you're discussing may not even be on the forum. Worth a shot though.
  14. Glad you like them, and also pleased they arrived safely too. Wear with pride!
  15. I think also, 1 point for every year that you've used that company! Lets hope it's no longer than 3 years
  16. Well bloody good of you to share your experiences........ pah - WARNING POINT!! (For not being helpful to the forum)
  17. If you're like me and a wealth of others out there, who like to dabble with modifications, or go one step beyond and make something custom.......
