  1. http://lexikon.tiroler-kraeuter-destillerie.com/glacier-ice/?lang=en We had some of that at Christmas. Finished off the old bottle and working on the one you gave me. Problem is nobody likes drinking it with me. I know Colin, Graham, June and Joy, Darren all had a bash on it years ago. Problem is they've avoided coming back ever since. Not sure it's me or the 50% Gletchereis Going back to Austria in June to sort out the wedding venue, so another chance to stock up
  2. Cheers dude and all in the love and spirit of our pride and joy.
  3. Fair play to you buddy, go see Wasso ^ Always happy to help local folk, and it's nice to meet new people considering I've not been at a meet in over a year, but that will change this year.
  4. If you don't find anyone in your immediate location, and as you're High Wycombe and I'm Banbury, why not rock up and have it fitted for beer tokens at my place? A few others have already been my way, and I can help guide you as to the basics of the 350z engine bay. We all had to start somewhere, and I was exactly the same some 5 years ago.
  5. We have videos rather than pictures, and if you're on my FB then they will have been seen. Nothing to see
  6. Ahhhhh cheers matey. More than happy to assist. Since this took me a lot of time, I have at least built up some experience and so when I build the Alfa install I'll be able to reduce the build time dramatically. Although, the Alfa install will be far easier anyway as there's no dash to re-build. But happy to give you a guide if needed. I would recommend getting hold of a replacement dash though..... unless you're happy to butcher yours. Yeah theres a breakers close buy with a facelift sitting in it. Might try and see if they still have the dash. Did you get one easy enough even though its a facelift dash? I had to get the two parts from two different people, but yeah the facelift is of course not as easy to get hold of. Cheers matey To be fair, it's not been bad at all, night or daytime. I'll see how I get on, but for sure will get something like you recommend if it becomes a problem.

  8. Without a shadow of doubt. A shame UpRev didn't make one ;-) tune on the fly lol
  9. Could well be. I thought I read something saying the gearing would only work with Automatics. I might do some reading on their site as it's full of info and resource. Hats off to the guys who made Dash Command, I'd say it's the best in the market always providing updates and the functionality is just epic. People can't believe me when I show them it's functionality.
  10. Interesting. I wouldn't be able to tell you why either. Okay my module is probably twice the size of the ELM and comes with a cable, but that's all I could see as a difference. The response is instant to be fair, I've noticed that my road speed on the Ipad is exactly the same as the Digital readout, whether it's taking the same ECU feed or not I don't know. Love it though, especially now as it's all integrated and it gives a load more than just rpm or speed. It also gives instant MPG, which the zed data doesn't normally give, although I think it's "calculated". I believe it is calculated although mines picks up my gears also, which I believe this never used to be available either? Really...... might need an offline discussion on this as mine just says 1 all the time. I'm sure I've set everything up okay though. Might need to fiddle with it more lol

  12. To be fair it's been a gem. It seems super quick. Mine also came with software for the laptop as well. Not that I ever dare fettle with things like that, and not know what damage I could cause, probably none, but you never know I like to fettle big time ha ha.
  13. Wifi is the only way with Apple products, which is a nuisance. But as I'm using a wired connection from the ipad to the processor it leaves me the wifi signal free for the OBD. Bluetooth will feed into the steering wheel controls eventually, allowing me to control the ipad from the steering wheel controls. It's a brilliant app I have to say. Which OBD wifi unit are you using Ian? This one - http://www.scantool....dlink-wifi.html Post 68 - http://www.350z-uk.c...ls/page__st__60 Although I bought mine nearly 3 years ago, and there's a lot of newer items on the market now cheaper.

  15. Apologies for the dodgy camera. Since I last updated Dash Command quite some time ago, they've made some really good improvements.
  16. No worries Chris, I'm sure you'll be impressed with my handy work
  17. Think you're the only one that did. Sure Andy (tatooandy67) posted his "Happy New Year" thread at like 7:30am yesterday. Beat you by a good few hours. Steve was accurate at 00:00 though to be fair.
  18. Wouldn't be the first time would it lol. Well done Ian it looks fantastic and a real piece of art. Hope you have a great New Years eve. Ha ha thanks matey, drinks are WELL UNDER WAY!!!!!!!!

    Happy New Year EVERYONE
  20. Thanks Zeus and Graham, it has been a mission. The amount of adaptation needed especially the hazard butting is incredible. It's clearly possible but wow it's taken some labour and pain. Pleased without a shadow of doubt. Love the super wide screen and the new finish gives the interior a re-fresh. Drinks are already in flow as you'd expect. Having home made Vol-au-vents and roasted pork with veg cooked by the ladies and the AGA. Then it's PARTY time!! I apologise in advance for any drunken messages tonight!
