  1. If I didn't already have a set of rims to go on I'd HAVE THESE!!
  2. I do believe we stumbled across such Photobucket filth quite some time ago. It was rather interesting to see his Mrs wearing next to nothing!!
  3. They were a bargain I only asked pennies that's why they sold so fast - would have been great for you as well Nothing like a friendship
  4. You don't need to go to "modified" lengths. Just file and slot in?? It's the recess in which both the lock and indicator housing resides. File for perfect fitment, but that "may" just have been mine that needed additional perfecting.
  5. My V2 didn't require ANY fettling, same with Bob's (Buster) - both purchased from a well known company that sold "needs work" bodykits. Maybe we were lucky. But mine just bolted straight on, not even a wiggle needed. But that's not to say all kits in fibreglass like you say will fit first time and need adjustment.
  6. Martin is right, it's a copy of my old original. The original is fine, the only bits that needed adjustment was where the boot lock goes and a whisper off where the indicator cluster sits. Literally 30 mins of fettling with a file. The original fits like a glove! I'll be honest the copy isn't that great since having mine on. The physical structure is not a patch on the original. Also the RT carbon weave is different and made with a totally different technique, as such it's made of 3 parts. The original diffuser is one single piece and has not yet been copied with the same level of perfection.

I have Eibach, but they're in a garage, would take me a couple of weeks to get them ready if you're interested.

    Polishing help

No offence taken at all. Easy as un bolting, but not sure if you need any sealant for them. Mainly as I've never had to fit any. Polishing depends on the finish you want. The long way: A multitude of wet and dry from 180-2000 and some serious time. Whilst they're small they are awkward where the arm protrudes. The quick way: Wet and dry from 180-600, a drill with small bobbin mops, cut, cut/finish and finish. Then finish with a bench polisher and Vienna lime to clean.

    Polishing help

You could always buy some pre-polished from me. Although they're only half done at the mo. Example: Whilst they're fitted to the car you won't get the best finish. They really do need to be removed to get a good clean finish.
  11. Suzi has rubbed off on him Looks fab matey, I did wonder why she didn't come back that weekend.

  19. Sorry I know, we should hook up. Need to ask you a question about the "Pub" that is in your village. Does it ever open, the one that looks like a house?? (Or is it an old pub which was converted to a house???) I'll PM you now Wendy.
