  1. We've stayed in York a few times. Can't think of the name for the first hotel, but that was £110 per night. A place I would recommend is Hotel 53. http://www.laterooms.com/en/hotel-reser ... -york.aspx Reasonable prices, excellent location, only downside is the parking is open air and can be a little bit of a tight squeeze. I can't remember if there is a charge for parking? Otherwise a great hotel, breakfast was super even with a hangover!
  2. Agreeing with Chris on that one. Wales is fab for the drive and probably the main reason for choosing Wales.
  3. To be fair it wasn't too difficult to track him down in other places around the world wide web. I'm used to tracking companies down, and although his business isn't registered it's fairly easy to link information to get a result. I once spent 4 month trying to track a company down, I finally found him after finding out he'd moved 3 times in 6 months. I was even in contact with his suppliers and contacted his landlord for the units he was renting, to confirm his latest address. He did well not to leave a trail, but all crooks leave a trail like a snail, they can be found if you think outside the box. The chap once I found him was very surprised that I'd tracked him down, informed him a bailiff will be with him in 24hrs unless he transfers the funds same day. He coughed up without hesitation. (there was no bailiff, but it made himpay without hesitation!!
  4. use the search Martin... you've been around long enough Nice delivery!
  5. Thanks Chris, I do like beer , but not LOTS (Unless you can see my beer belly from Wales?) To be fair if one member can help another - that's all that matters. We have a special community of Zed owners - the funny thing is, we all step out to help others, and yet we've never even met!! Gota be honest this forum is the friggin bee's knees!! (It's even handy for car related subjects!! )
  6. SUPERB MATT!! I bet you're smilling from here to Ireland!! In terms of the help, no problem.... enjoyed tracking him down!
  7. I quite like his rather loud horn, very train like. That'd move slow moving pedestrians from the road!!
  8. +1 that is a wicked show of skill. The cars are brilliantly detailed. Almost tempting to get one and practice

    Arse....

Beginning of winter last year, I got snapped with a speed gun earning 3points and the same fine for doing 58 in a 40. Last time I had points was - wowzers, erm.... 10 years ago!!
  10. Ha ha that's the little devil. Don't worry it works on I guess something like shock signals, so as long as you don't jump on it or smash a hammer on it, it should be fine. I doubt it would be active with the ignition off anyway? It's safe to touch it won't bite
  11. If you remove the armrest section, beneath the rear arm cubbyhole/Bluetooth unit you'll find the airbag sensor. You can't miss it as it has BIG RED warning stickers on it.
  12. That's not clean, there's loads of black all over your car, I was under the impression you had blade silver. Still there's plenty more shine you could of had, just all about using the right products. I'll shout ya for a BBQ once the weather warms up a bit and I'll show ya SHINE! Good effort though
  13. I saw one in Austria during my Skiing trip. They are very
  14. Heck that's almost a spitting image of a UK setting. The prices are similar and the grey cloud looks very familiar. Can't believe the prices of 2nd hand Zed Market. When it comes round to selling and want a good price send your car to Oz.
  15. I wasn't taking you as sarcastic, or anything of the kind. I agree the web tools are fantastic, I find it infuriating when a shoved up con man sets away at defrauding innocent people in an attempt to make themselves wealthy. I just hope this issue gets resolved. If the business adress can be sourced maybe Andlid could take a drive over with his fellow mates to knock ten barrels of poop out of this con merchant.
  16. Fair point Ricey but this chap is defrauding his customers, and by what I've been reading there's a large number of people on the web who've been stitched up. It's quite costly to take legal action between UK and Irish soil. You would be required to obtain a Irish solicitor, using Irish courts and if needed visits to Ireland. It's a really sticky situation as there's no address or company registration, so to retrieve any monies owed could be very difficult. Charlie Kelly knows what he is doing, but strangely enough he wants his business to succeed as he's been trading over 5 years.
  17. No worries, it's kinda my day job. I'm a credit manager at work so need to investigate certain people that "disappear" I could possibly obtain a trace on the fella, but seeing there activity around him that may not be required. The company name is not listed at the Irish Companies house, neither is he a director of any other businesses. I just wish you good luck, especially if you wish to take action via a small claims court which will be costly due to his business being in Ireland. Glad to help though. That's what this forum is all about.
  18. Well, I am struggling to find the business, although I have found some forum activity. www.reallymeansounds.com (RMS) Here's something about his activity on RMS Total Posts: 113 Posts Per Day: 0.08 Find all posts by JPerformance Find all threads started by JPerformance Visitor Messages Total Messages: 0 Most Recent Message: Never Visitor Messages for JPerformance Post a visitor message for JPerformance General Information Last Activity: 03 February 2011 16:42 Joined: 27 April 2007 Referrals: 0 Something that made me laugh whilst searching: JPerformance - Friends JPerformance has not made any friends yet

Now that sounds like fun. Went solo? It was a 10 day trip, and truly amazing to take the Zed abroad. Open roads and plenty of Autobahn's. We made sure there was a visit (3 days) at the Nurburgring. You can read more here viewtopic.php?f=34&t=40837&hilit=+Europe
