  1. Had a massive disaster with tyres this morning, wrong tyres ordered. So I'm currently in Wrexham whirring some new rubber I'll be doing F1 style tyre warming all the way down the dual carriage way to scrub them up!
  2. Ditto to get some tyre Then we're cruising 30,000ft inflight entertainment will be provided, exits are <-------- here and here ---------> See you there this afternoon. Colin you should see my boot, there's no room for clothes
  3. Looking forward to meeting you That's it for me now, car cleaned, all mods fitted apart from callipers (long story) 2 new emergency front tyres at 8:30am in the morning and we'll be setting sale at 10am. So we'll be there by about 11am Hoorah for Wales..... Looking forward to seeing everyone oh and maybe a few
  4. Bravo Chris, had a brief chat with Colin the other day, host is barsteward. Great job for getting the forum back as quick as you did, despite the pressures of Wales this weekend too. Sterling effort and see you in Wales. That reminds me still a heap left to do before the light runs out
  5. 4 hours WTF were they doing!!! I'd seriously complain, either to GH or Nissan GB. I had to report a dealership for negligence. Let's just say they stood down and couldn't help enough thereafter.
  6. Oh man, you just need this stress prior to Wales I'm sure Lexx and Beavis can sort them out and for good measure get Ekona to talk tyres to them for a while, they'll soon give in to your demands. Hope you get it sorted without too much pain, but then again I know first hand of dealing with IT disputes. Good luck and go get em... We'll still be here
  7. Might need you to help me out Ian I now have no chance of finding time to sort the outside of the car out, which hasn`t had any attention for a few months. I still have an oil sump to fit when it arrives either today or tomorrow, needs to be tried & tested after the gasket dries. Havn`t packed or even started plotting the routes & have about a weeks worth of the day job to get sorted to I'm sure I can lend my old buddy a hand. Bring some of your detailing bits as well as I know you are particular. Although I'm currently half way through Bennetts car at the moment (staying at the Detailing Lodge) so you maybe tempted by some supernatural
  8. I've not had a rear wiper for 2 years, and as ChrisS said RainX the window and you'll never miss the wiper. For me the wiper is a pain in the bum and carries excess weight, but then I like weight loss (for the car that is)
  9. Corrected that for you Ian You know me too well Colin. At least I'll have a head start over Jayne due to her having some Zz's
  10. I'll be there between 10am and 12 on Friday, cleaning the car
  11. I use a mix as hilighted above. Dodo Juice supernatural is very long lasting without a shadow of doubt. Shampoo Megs Detailer Megs Clay Autoglym (megs clay in my eyes is a bit soft) Megs for Wheels Autoglym for windows Megs for interior an engine bay. Polishing megs To be fair Autoglym or Megs wax doesn't touch Dodo Juice, and I've tested a fair amount. I'm currently looking to import some unknow brands never seen in the UK, such as Australia etc. once I find something really tasty in any of the detailing subjects I'll post up.
  12. Looking real nice, you can work for me Will - no problem the gear will be there Friday throughout the weekend. Pop a fiver in the charity box and you'll receive as you wish. ioneabee - There will be buckets there, you'll probably need to bring shampoo and mitt, but as above jet wash and snow foam available.
  13. Nice colour looks very professional
  14. Have a chat with Liam (Sarnie) from the consensus on the forum and his assistance he can provide you some advice or maybe provide a solution.

You didn't look very hard... First page of the for sale thread viewtopic.php?f=32&t=61559
  17. Clearly not very well organised? A shame as half the day is gone for queuing!
  18. Probably not if taken from 2004 model, they weren't released until 2006.
  19. Great thread rather amusing. For me it's Clowns and Spiders, although I'll quite happily capture a spider and release it outside into the cold and rain where it should live. But now that we have a cat we don't see spiders anymore
  20. Nice one Jim very jealous and await a Zed meet in Canada
  21. Cheers Jim, when you put the pics side by side it's massively rewarding. I'd recommend popping your name down as I've had a few potential enquiries yet to put their names down. You can always slide next in line if you're not quite ready? I've been looking at all the tarnished parts in the engine bay with my polishing equipment in hand wondering what I can polish next No problem what so ever. I provide a full guide with pictures, location of pipes and things to be aware of. I'll even provide the tools
  22. First strut bar customer added dunc1n1101 Because I've actually taken back ownership and refitted my oem strut, I am awaiting supply of a replacement strut. Once received it will be polished and posted.
  23. The strut bars are being done by my feet Anyway, Lordgrover pics, before and after (just need to finish off the edges and central bolt areas)
