  1. Don't you worry son, I've made an offer, awaiting reply. Knowing you $3,000!!
  2. Why not ring them? They may not read the forum daily. I'm sure Mark posted contact details.
  3. That's a shame, but thanks for the indepth history and now see why you've never gone BBK! (Not the human BBK) On that note..... Adrian! You get them!
  4. Coilovers then...... Drop as low as you can.
  5. What about the Eibach which drop 30mm? Search on my350z about Megan.
  6. Agreed there was some excellent driving in that lot. It'd be interesting to see what power they were all running. The mini was brilliant especially with the light on top. Then the Opel Manta GTE Exclusive turns up, oh what fond memories (owned two when I was younger). What amazed me was the green Volvo. Who was the bumpy who thought leaving his car within the course was a wise idea?
  7. Me personally would forget Megan products. Low quality and cheap. If you were to survey how many Zeds in the UK use Megan you'll count them on one hand. Either go Tein or Eibach (or Ksport if you so wish).
  8. This was during the recent outage from 1:20pm'ish today.
  9. The Rays nuts are not just made of aluminium, hence their name Duraluminum and as stated aircraft grade Aluminium (and that probably is the stuff we eat on the plane). The Aluminium is blended with other materials as exampled below to increase its strength yet remain lightweight. A commonly used modern equivalent of this alloy type is AA2024, which contains 4.4% copper, 1.5% magnesium, 0.6% manganese and 93.5% aluminium by weight. Typical yield strength is 450 MPa (65 ksi), with variations depending on the composition and temper. Stainless Steel has a yield strength of 520mpa Aluminium 6061-0 has a yield strength of 45mpa Aluminium 6061-T4 has a yield strength of 110mpa So Duraluminum with a yield strength of 450mpa should not be shunned off for just being 'Aluminium'. It all depends on the lug nut and its construction type, as exampled above. Who's to say what the copy lugs are made of. True Duralumin is not untrustworthy. Which I'm sure Rays wouldn't put their name to if they weren't up to the job.
  10. Alex is selling Stoptech at £3k and these are £3,685..... Okay so include shipping and a bit of customs and it does make for an expensive setup. 1. They look amazing 2. Good quality 3. They'll STOP YOU!!
  11. Isn't it about time you invested in brakes? For Sale http://my350z.com/forum/brakes/575523-socal-endless-6-4-pot-bbk-used-5000-miles.html :stir:
  12. Good idea Ian, but if that doesn't work. Failing that take it to a wheel place. (With all studs on of course)
  13. I've seen them at airports for years and avoid them like the plague.
  14. For the Wax on Wax Off it'd have to be a bit of Richie Hawtin or Sven Vath! (Tempo orientated)
  15. Okay well if I "could" listen to music it would be The Swedish House Mafia.
  16. strange, my ride with teins is pretty much near stock. also beware that there are a lot of fake teins floating about. I got mine from Demon Tweeks years ago, as I say they may have changed them but mine were awful. The Eibachs are so much better in terms of ride quality even they are a fair bit lower. 30mm to be exact.
  17. I'd have a flat battery if I had music playing whilst detailing. Looking good Matt
  18. I'm hoping to be there on the Sunday probs about 11am as we're a wedding on the Saturday
  19. I think it was a RHD pillar pod and I believe sold with the car.
  20. Or just have them hanging from the rear view mirror. Or just replace the Speedo and RPM?
  21. OMG you really do take all of Bennetts advice. He said to do the same with my car when I was going that route. So you gain 1% visibility and lose sight of your gauges TOTALLY!! Up to you but its propper pointless!
