  1. Postage will cost a lot from Hungary and I'll have to charge you
  2. Would you like me to put it in the post box? £1,499 with a choice of tips, and I think it was £1,999 with the ART pipes.

    Doing my nut in

Hmmm sounds like operator error on my part then - now I feel like a numpty! Will give it another go later on...................... Cheers Wasso Seriously, give it some WD 40 inside the bolt hole, try a different bolt, as this sometimes fixes the issue for me. Yes I recall now, darn thing. Had to be right at the back though eh. To note: I wouldn't recommend using Aluminium bolts for the strut, although I have managed to get away with it. The titanium bolts from Pro-Bolt are fine, as long as you read the torque settings required for fitment.

    Doing my nut in

I used to run the GT Spec Strut with Motordyne Spacer, with bolt length of 30mm Example below with the 30mm bolts.....

    Doing my nut in

I have the Aluminium bolts on the strut bar and they are fine also. I've been using their bolts for about 2.5 years, I've had one bolt snap on my car (Spacer bolt), but that's because I over torqued it. If you follow specification of the bolt they won't snap. My entire engine bay is Pro-Bolt, with no issues what so ever. Sized, 30mm bolts are the required length with a spacer and 25mm without. I know Paddy78 had a presumed issue with the bolt being "too long", but after putting some effort into tightening the bolt, they tightened as they should. It's probably dirt or something stopping the bolt from tightening as it should. You will find that because of the fine pitch, obtaining aftermarket strut bar bolts is a little hard to come across. My bolts for the strut bar included in the spacer kit come from Germany.
  7. +1 Not sure if the D1's in original form are naff or the China copies as well, either way I'd be looking at other nuts. Reports of issues with D1's have been posted here before.
  8. No, but that's only because I'm too busy to pick them up...... Come on just get the video up.....!
  9. If Adrian would be so kind to maybe post up a sound snippet you'll get to hear it too........ Yaaaaaarrrrppppp! is the way forward. Yes there can be a bit of drone, but to be fair anything between 70-90 (whilst in Germany) as it's wrong to do those sort of speeds over here, it's perfectly fine. It's all about gear selection. BUT, this is a big BUT, floor it in any gear, any revs and there's an orchestral sound that wakes villages, the dead rise, and walls collapse. I've had amazing comments from the following car owners whilst having fun on the roads: BMW Z4M G37 Porsche Cayman S Audi RS4 350z All saying the zorst sounds amazing. I love it, for me it's exactly what I wanted no matter if it's a cold start, warm idle, cruising town, or giving it some beans. I'd recommend it 1000 x over!
  10. I don't think we are falling for that one Steve

  12. Motordyne TDX V2 - FTW!!!! It's what I ride and it took me a couple of years to decide upon it. I'm riding stock cats and have the Motordyne ART pipes yet to fit. One day maybe lol. I don't have any video's but I know Octet has a video from Wales last year, but still not sign of the video

  14. Clay works, but takes a very long time, depending on the volume of spots. Here's a pic of the damage I repaired for a chap who owned a ford focus. After You can polish off the paint, but there's also a risk of creating further swirling. A tip I read up, which can help (if emulsion paint) is to drape very wet towels over the car, and emulsion being water based the paint spots become soft and should be easier to remove. But I took up the clay route. I've also heard that paint thinners can be used, but I'd like to see the proof in the pudding before applying that to car lacquer.
  15. It also happens in Hungary too...... no bother though, means outside drinking in the sun during the evenings
  16. I've got a nice polished Berk intake tune... Not allowed it though Where can you get different colour couplers for the intake tubes? Demon Twonks. It's where I've purchased mine before.
  17. Berk Aluminium Polished Intake is just what you need....... as mentioned.
  18. Its a disease, so it's ok. Zeditus is now a recorded illness.
  19. Okay cool thanks Dave, I can compare now, yeah big difference and far better
  20. It will be unless you fit an oil catch can, the blowoff goes straight back into the intake. Catch can solves this.
  21. Very good!! She can sing to me anytime!!
