    Help with wheels

OP - ignore SteveO's comment about xrays etc. He's being tongue in cheek about a previous sale.
  2. Very similar hull principle to the latest batch of US frigates. Looks like something from Jules Verne.

    My Z32 SWB

Not had chance to work on the car as such. But ordered a small fortune in parts. This box arrived from Tarmac today So that's new timing belt (already have water pump etc), new scuttle panels, new radiator brackets and bushes, IACV gasket for when I overhaul it, new bonnet latch to replace my corroded one. This is on top of the stack of wet and dry I have for sorting out my alloys, all the silicone tubing and couplers (in black) and stainless mikalor T-Bolt clamps. Also got new interior mats on order, a new stereo, and still need to finish the steering wheel conversion. Just need the time to do all of it now!

  11. One more space left for this month.
  12. There are some really good guides online to do it DIY.
  13. You do not need them diamond cut. That looks like corrosion underneath lacquer. In which case the lacquer needs removing, and then the rim polishing up using grades of wet and dry and then polishing compound. Finished off with a sealing wax. Re-lacquering them will just lead to the same issues in a few winters as stones chip the lacquer and water gets underneath.
  14. You can refurb yourself. Google it. There are many many guides online. It's not difficult to do. It's just a bit time consuming. I'm doing mine again this summer.
  15. I can't remember of the top of my head. But a quick fix for this would be to put a rubber washer inside the knob (with an internal diameter bigger than the thread of course). You may need more than one depending on it's thickness to get the knob in the correct place.
  16. Second ones look like XXR's
  17. Nope. Sorry. Rules are rules and are there for a reason. You'll just need to be patient and put them up for sale when you get the required pictures.

    Heehaw

    Yeah, this is getting locked.
  19. Happens to all of us eventually.....
  20. Thank God we got to the bottom of that Now go to a local tyre shop and get your valves replaced, and don't go buying cheap ass metal dust caps anymore!
  21. Ok....but what the hell have the wheel sizes got to do with tyre pressures?! THAT'S what has confused us all.
  22. Are you referring the what is written on the side of your tyre? ie 245/35/18 or whatever? If so, you need to go do some Googling. the 35 part is not a measurement directly. It's a percentage of the 245 width. More to the point, it has feck all to do with tyre pressure.
  23. Hulk is Marvel is he not?.... Or are you choices for hero/villain allowed to.cross the brands?
