  1. We're seeing another increase in For Sale ads not meeting the rules and thus being disapproved. Please refer to the great big red text at the top of each section. These are the rules. Follow them and your ad will be approved. Also please remember all for sale ads need to be approved, so once you have made the thread it will not instantly be seen on the forums. There is no need to make the thread again.

    TVR Owners?

    That's not a Sagaris....it's a Cerbera
  3. Mostly it's down to personally preference. I've used Bosch in the past and been happy, but just changed to a NIlfisk because it was cheap from Amazon/Maplin. Just make sure you get one with a metal pump head and not a plastic one as they tend to crack (although they can be replaced)

    TVR Owners?

Like any car, if it's been looked after then reliability isn't such an issue. They are the age now where most "flaws" have been worked around with aftermarket parts/improvements and lead to a much more reliable package. I've never driven a Tuscan, but I have had a blatt in a T350 and it was equal parts exciting/terrifying. Plenty of TVR experts, and there is a very good buying guide for the Tuscan on PH. Just be sure to research the expert you plan to use as some have better reps than others.
  5. They don't fit a roadster without quite a bit of work.
  6. Falcon Performance in Middleborough if you don't mind the extra distance to travel.
  7. Close one so far this month. Keep the votes coming
  8. You can pick me up from Dundee, I've had enough of waiting on these Rig clowns!
  9. I'm not skiving....not my fault the rig pigs can't get their act together. Aaron, it's well past Abz. It's also a complete s**thole.

  11. You'll need to buy a Snow Foam lance the with correct fitting to ensure you get good foam. The detergent bottles that come with the washers work to a point, but are not very economical and tend to waste a lot of expensive Snow Foam product. Polished Bliss do good lances, as do Autobrite.
  12. The ones we ordered are the model up from this one Paul
  13. Look in the for sale section. There is one member selling 2 of them, and another selling one. As for finding your old thread.....pretty easy. Just search for Threads you started. Simples.
  14. Club T-Shirt with my username printed on it ordered since it's been so long since I've seen any members South of the Humber. Can all those who I have pi**ed off over the past few years please form an orderly queue.........we might need to arrange some queuing barriers, could be a long queue....
  15. Each for sale post made needs approval (or not). They do not appear until a member of the Team approves them. In your case, both attempts were disapproved due to not meeting the rules. Namely the one that says you must clearly state a price. Submit an ad that meets the rules and one of us will approve it
  16. That'd be great. If it's extra stress for you with work etc don't worry about it, I'm sure I can find someone else to assist.
  17. I could certainly do with a hand on the Friday Aaron as I need to try and get my head around organising the car park so we can fit everyone in. I plan to leave H/Pool about 0900. I could meet you somewhere on the A66 as I'm heading out?
  18. Well that was a fun read.... Firstly - Locked. For obvious reasons and will be discussed in the team area. Secondly - Gregg. We do not condone any kind of vendetta. And you attempt (however tongue in cheek you meant it to be) to garner support of the members by posting "Please can we get her back some how..." is not acceptable behaviour. As mentioned, this will be discussed amongst the team. Both involved members have had their say on this thread.
  19. points of note - Did you organise the test drive ahead of time? If not, then the flat battery can be forgiven. 350z front end are blunt - a ten yr old car is going to be chipped to hell unless it's had a respray. notchy gearbox when cold is a feature of all 350's. flywheel chatter is normal rusty discs - they're metal, and metal rusts. All brake discs rust if they are sat for a while. The grinding noise was likely just the brakes getting rid of the brake crap buildup and would have cleared. I actually prefer to see a dirty engine bay, as then I know he's not trying to hide any oil leaks or the like. As for your butt dyno - not always the most accurate are they?
  20. Just keep an eye on the national (and regional) meets sections. As a 350z, you are welcome to attend them all. If you can drop me a PM with details on what kind of presence Sky are hoping to have I'd appreciate it. Obviously we're happy for a member to pitch up in his car, but advertising etc on our stand is something we would need to discuss further.
  21. Nikos - Please refrain from bumping a sale thread when it's been active for less than 24 hours.
