    RX8

If Pettit still made the SC for them I'd probably get one again I did some extensive research last night on it all. £3k for a PZ with good compression test results is the bargain of the year!

The 350 is also a minimum of 40 hp up on a RX8 (depending on compared variants). Numbers mean nothing though. I've owned both for 7 years combined, and I would rather have the RX8 on a track over the 350 any day.

Enjoy it Dan. I'm kinda jealous, and half tempted to chop the 300zx in against one that needs a rebuild.
  4. Because we archive threads to keep the forum running fast, the search function has limited use. Search like this. 1. Go into Google. 2. Type - site:350z-uk.com [whatever your searching for here] This will only search our forum and will include archived topics.
  5. I'll take the code by pm too please.
  6. £1000 for a flywheel? Who the hell told you that?!
  7. Depends which lance you bought. Best bet would be to contact the place you bought your Karcher lance from and ask if they can supply a Nilfisk adapter, or maybe they can do a full exchange for you.
  8. A number of years ago, I was sneakily trying to leave some roses (Valentines day) for the girl I was house sharing with. Trying to do it as clandestine as possible, I placed the flowers in the boot at the florests, and drove home. Reversing onto the drive so that I could quickly remove from boat and leave them in the house. Drive was on quite a steep angle..... lot of rpm.... wet shoes on metal clutch pedal.... Twatted the house and did £400 of damage to the RX8. Most expensive flowers I ever bought a girl.
  9. Option 5 for me. Unless the green one is for open release, in which case I'll have one of those please.
  10. You can buy the correct adapter for a Nilfisk to fit if you bought one that fits a Karcher.
  11. Sounds like a Non-GT uk spec and someone has had the OEM cloth seats reupholstered. Rays and Brembo's standard on all UK cars (post 06 for the Rays).
  12. Car and Bike magic in Sunderland should be able to do them for you.
  13. As Dan says, Google images and just set the search settings for large resolution pics only.
  14. Really? You managed to post in the exhaust section....where this question has been asked many times before. Have a read through, listen to youtube, attend meets. Sorry to sound harsh, but this is seriously one of the most asked questions, and it gets hugely annoying. For what it's worth I had a 5zigen pro racer A-Spec and thought it was the best sounding on the market.
  15. Take the price of your goods and shipping combined. And then add 20% for your VAT, and then add between 3 and 6% import tax depending on what kind of parts it is. I generally get a trusted friend who regularly imports stuff from the US to tag it onto orders.
  16. These are excellent too (when he has them in stock!): http://www.directhoses.net/products/snow-foam-lance
  17. I am surprised that it needed a new clutch at 40,000 mile's and surprised that a new flywheel may be needed to be replaced as well. Unfortunately you do not know how the previous owner(s) have treated the car. If the car has been hammered for even a fraction of those 40k miles it will drastically reduce the lifetime of the clutch. And with it the lifetime of the flywheel. As said above, if you pay the 3 hrs labour to get the clutch out, why not pay the extra for a new flywheel too. Otherwise if you notice flywheel issues in anotehr £10k miles it's a further 3 hours labour to change just the flywheel. False economy and all that. £800 is about right for supply and fit from a good indy. Some will chance their arm, and you will get quotes around £1000.
  18. That's not the correct picture. Change it quickly
