    Test drive both. See which one you feel happier sitting in and driving.
  2. Exhaust gives zero power gain without a remap. Z33 has an intelligent ECU which dials back any gains to OEM levels.

  4. If it's the OEM bluetooth unit, it only works for voice calls. It is not a media device.

  9. They're really poor res pics when looking on a laptop. It's not a forum issue as opening in Photobucket doesn't improve them.
  10. If it's corroded brake lines chances are it's the fixed ones not the flexi's, so you're limited in what you can replace with. You can get off the shelf ones, but most garage just make their own as they fit them. If you get off the shelf it can be done DIY, as they are already shaped for the car. Otherwise you would need a pipe (small diameter) bender so you didn't crimp the pipe. As a guide, I just had 2 replaced on my 300zx, and it was £140 inc labour and new DOT4 brake fluid.
  11. Tablets are a sketchy thing with regards to using full sites, as their interface is designed for PC's. The forum does run a mobile device friendly option which works well. And there is also TapaTalk (although granted TapaTalk seems to be getting worse with each update the developers do).

  14. Before you get too far ahead of yourself, what's you budget and what are your power aims, and do you wa t a daily driver or a weekend only car? You admit you're an FI newbie, so these are all serious things to consider. I don't think there is an off the shelf mid mount available anymore. So you'd be looking at a custom set up.
  15. I got a right mouthful of abuse once when I parked in a disabled space when I had the 350z. The daft bat soon shut up when my then girlfriend got outta the car with the aid of 2 crutches (skiing accident meant she only had 10% movement in her right knee). She wouldn't have been taking spinning classes that's for sure!
  16. Welcome. From those pics I'd say either a Scorpion or a custom exhaust. It 100% isn't a Nismo exhaust. And I'm afraid I agree with Dan. You could get a HR engined car for that money now. Probably about £1100-1500 over priced. But hey, it's your money mate. Enjoy.
  17. Chrome will import all your bookmarks and favourites. You can also just not use it if you didn't like it. IE will remain on your computer.
