Ho - I'll be heading that way. Could meet up with you at one of the first parking bays on the dual bit before Hexam. And having driven the a69 twice in the last 4 days, I can guarentee that bottoming out aint an issue - cant get up to any kinda speed where that would happen!!!

I had EBC Redstuff fitted to my RX8. Hated them. Brake fade was horrendous. When I replaced them after 6 months, they had already started to fail and crack. But on the other hand I know plenty of people who swear by them.

GM roadster parked 2 spaces down from me in the car park. Had some fancy number plate that probably meant somethign to someone put didnt have time to figure it out!

pretty much. Though they can be a git to get off. Go careful. And there is a weight inside the boot lid too. Rememeber to remove that, as the added weight of the spoiler means you wont need it anymore.

They're bolted on, and are stuck down with M3 style tape. The new spoiler will use same bolt holes IIRC.

I wouldnt say it takes guts. Was just a case of seeing something I liked, and getting them. Its amazing how many people have said they werent convinced when they just saw pics when not fitted, but have changed their minds and think they look great on the car. The car always turned heads in town, but my god do people take 2nd looks now.
