We're hiding from thw weather.....again! Id forgotten just how boring anchor watches can be!

We're still on the west coast Martin. We're just about to head up to Stornoway.... bbrrrrrrrrrr The trees grow horizontal there!

Just thought Id give you all an update guys! We're curently at anchor in Loch Fyne. Hiding from the weather! Its bloody awefull up here, and with the boat only being 50m long, she dont like rough seas! Hoping its gunna clear up a bit tomorrow so that we can go harrass and board some more fishing boats. But we'll see!

Yup - learnt that trick on my first trip to sea! I was on one ship were all the bunks were double. So had to place an immersion suit at one side, and a life jacket at other to create a "V" in the middle. And then just hope for the best! Double bunks on a merchant ship Ex American.....that boat had 2 saunas too! Rusting heap of sh!t though.

Someone really needs to teach yanks how to tune cars. You can get a Astra over here with more power from half that displacement!

Why stuff the servicing? They were a multisite dealer, and after speaking to some of the staff at the Ford bit (where the servicing was done) I realised that not a single one of them knew a thing about Rotary engines.

Seems like ages since I had a similar rant at a dealer. My experiance of buying the RX8 from Jennings was so terrible, that I wrote a 3 page letter of complaint to them. I got a phone call off Mr Jennings himself! Begging my forgiveness, and to please go back. Got offered 3 yrs free servicing and £500 of extras. I took the extras and told them to stuff the servicing.

Do a quick search in the Guides sections. Sure there is a guide on it already. Bsaically you just need to remove the trim off the bootlid, and unscrew the counter-weight from its position.
