  1. No probs. It's whats the community is for. Remember you should have 2 remote keys thought, and the Valet Key is your 3rd key.
  2. Yup. You will need the DE hose set. If its any consolation, they are cheaper than the HR set
  3. 2007 on......thus they are for a HR engine
  4. A full set of Rays sell for around £500. You'd be spending £200 to refurb all 4. Do you reckon you can then sell them for £700+ ? If so, then it's worth refurbing them. If not, then there's no point as you would be losing money in the grand scheme of things.
  5. Its the pages straight after the service stamps pages. They're lying. Who ever performs the service, should sign the book, regardless of if its Nissan Dealer or not. It is the record of your cars paintwork and the only proof you have should you have to claim against Nissan for corrosion. The Paint inspection itself is not actually on the "Service Checklist".
  6. It can indeed be removed. If you want a replacement however Though you will first need to gain 5 quility posts to gain access to the PM system
  7. Isnt there a guide for this somewhere? Or was that on the RX8OC?
  8. You should have 3 keys. The one you just described is the Valet key. You should have 2 full remote keys too. It should deactivate the alarm, and allow you to drive the car as normal.
  9. I have no idea if it's centralised. Since many of them are franchised, I would very much doubt it. But then again it's Audi, and those Germans are damned efficient.
  10. If you know who has been servicing the car (especially if it is an Audi dealer) they will have your records on file. Most will issue a new book (at a cost) and stamp up your service book for the services that dealership has carried out.
  11. The agent spoke to their loss adjusters, she repeated what they told her!! Bollocks.
  12. IIRC its a full bumper off job to get the indicator clusters out. Bumper removal instructions can be found here: http://www.350z-tech.com/wiki/index.php ... er_Removal
  13. Those badges look goosed mate - i'd spray them satin silver instead as you'll struggle to get a good finish with a chrome spray. +1 Or spray them some random outlandish colour and stand out from the rest.
  14. You will need to repray them if you want a flawless finish again, as that looks like the original coating has came off. As for re-sticking....get some 3M tape from B&Q or a craft shop and cut it to shape.
  15. The key phrase to use is "Non-Performance enhancing"
  16. Unless your car has had a remap, then you're car has gained NO extra BHP by fitting an exhaust. The Zed has an intelligent ECU which rains the ponies back to OEM levels.
  17. Thread locked as car sold. Hope to see the new member on here
  18. I've seen a few cars wrecked on that corner over the years. I have a sequence of photo's from JapFest 2007 when an NSX slid into the barriers and rolled on that very corner.
  19. "Never" is a bit of a generalised statement, and an unfair one. Ok Im sorry. For the last 3 yrs there hasnt been a 350z stand. I dont know if there was before? We have no problem with members organising events and club stands. It takes alot of effort to do, and many of the team already organise half a dozen other show attendances, as well as 3 Zed specific events annually.
  20. "Never" is a bit of a generalised statement, and an unfair one.
  21. This exact question was posted yesterday viewtopic.php?f=57&t=52499 Judging by the silence, I would guess that there is no club representation this year.
  22. "buy cheap - pay twice" You get what you pay for mostly mate. Whats your exhaust budget? Do you want Y-pipe back? Do you want the flamed tips look? Plenty of other options out there once you set a budget. Some good threads in this section to help you.
