I know, glad I decided to look into it. It's been getting driven quite spirited since I got it. How the hell it has an MOT I'll never know, that has happened recently. It looks bad but it's only really that area albeit on both sides. Started the strip down today but waiting to get her on the lift to make life easier.

Here we go then. New member and new to 350z ownership. Thought I'd start a little thread on my battle with corrosion. Looks like I'm in for a hell of a fight, disappointed how much I found under all the plastic covers.

Greetings all. Been wanted a Z for years and finally pulled the trigger. Nice low mileage, bone stock (apart from exhaust) example, absolute hoot to drive. It was cheap, and I knew I would have a few jobs to do which I was actually looking forward too. Until I took the covers off the kidney braces and the side skirts 🤢 Looks like she'll be parked up for a while.
