sorry guys can i please ask for some help as my first time booking within the clubstand. I have entered the details on japefest with the club code and have purchased a clubstand passenger ticket but there was no mention of selecting a clubstand entry ticket other then stating are you booking as part of a club which i have said yes and entered the code. Have i done this wrong or am i entered into the show with a display ticket ? i can attach the files i have received from japfest if it clarifies what i have done ? thanks
