  3. In my experience... I used to work in WAN technologies and had to deal with customers ISP's... the only ISP's I would now go with are either BT or Pipex !!! All others have such bad customer support you will just end up pulling your hair out. BT own the exchanges.. blah blah.. all other ISP's just rent the space from BT. If they have a problem they have to refer to to BT - Chinese wispers get involved then the customer i.e YOU get to pull out own hair out. I am with pipex at the moment, if I was going to change I would go to BT - Just cos someone is offering ADSL at less money does not mean its a better deal !!!!

  5. sorry I tell a lie ..... just been out and checked.... "RD" is the drivers wiper and "RA" is the passenger one. From the photo is does look like they are on the wrong way round
  6. Just a thought.... when the muppet from autoglass came to fit a new windscreen on my Zed he put the wiper arms back on the wrong way and mine did exactly the same. Each arm has a big "R" and "L" on.... just have a quick look and see.... maybe the problem
  7. Hi Ian, Thanks for the reply, sorry for being a total thicky there are some things I get, but offsets seem to be a mystery at the moment. All I have read has just become a blur. Between 12-22...... does that mean they will fit straight on my Zed or will I need spacers................ feel free to me.. LOL
  8. I had some Aero wipers on my Zed whe I got it, did not like them at all, I thinks its worth paying a bit extra to get something decent.... and you will be able to see where your going. Plus PIAA wipers come with some small packets of magic stuff
  9. Sorry to hear about your accident, not good, I hope you get it sorted. The Grit boxes should be well used in this weather, could be a leverage point to get your damage fixed....... come to mention it I dont see so many grit boxes these days.
  10. 07 (HR) Onwards. 06 would be a rev-up I have an 07 rev-up model, all the "bonnet buldge" models I have seen have been 57 Plate..... any one on here got an 07 BB model?
  11. If I was going to get some new wheels and just happened to be looking at 10.5 at the rear, and 9.5 at the front in a 19" flavour what would the ideal offsets and tyre size's be? been looking around and just confusing myself

  14. If I was going for a winter car, one just when the weather is really bad...... I would have to go for a V8 Defender with a winch, snorkel and big nobbly tyres You can also **** about in it and annoy all the ramblers
  15. I was thinking of the very same dilemma just the other evining. Of all the wheels I have looked at I keep being drawn back to silver, maybe be boring but I think it suits the car colour better IMO
  16. Your more than welcome to all the snow you like......I have just got home, absolute nightmare. I came home from Kingsclere to Whitchurch via Newbury/A34 If any one from the Basingstoke area is on line and not home....... its gridlock every where !!! My boss left 2 hrs ago and still aint home yet !!!!

  19. As this is the first winter with my Zed, I have found that not being able to open the boot as its frozen up a tad annoying, I have had to poke everything in from the cabin
  20. Its just over 8 Months since I got the Zed, fitted my first Mod today a JTW Pop Charger. Piece of cake to fit Just waiting for the end of year bonus to come in for the next one or two Mods on my list, so my question is............. Is a Nismo Exhaust worth the money?... yes, no... any thoughts?

  22. Being the son of an Architect..... planners will be you issue. According to my Pops they are all a bunch of unreasonable, Incompetent you know whats..... no affence if anyone on here is a county planner Has any one else in the direct vecinity where you live done the sameor similar? They would be a good start to speak to. Dont forget that if you do require plannng permision then your neighbours can either be your best friend or your enemy !!!!! t
