I know the search function works well, you know it works well, husky knows it works well, I was just thinking of the Nooobs who dont/cant be bothered... its just easier for them to put up a new post
By the way what's an indow?
This post brings back memories
I think my folks have my 128k speckie and my Amstrad CPC6128..... wait for it........ with Green Screen in the loft.
mmmm Horace goes skiing, Jet set willy, Manic Miner to name but a few. Might have to dig them out for a play
I think it was £799 for a set of four including tyres, according to the website.
its been a long day...... been up since 4am
If its rolling radius then xxx/35/19 is what you want
I am sure some one else will be along to confirm
They should be at least 8.5 front and 9.5 rear. If correct size wheels are not an option then I would at lease make sure you have the same rubber all round.
If the alloys you have are £799 each........ then surely you can sell them for enough to replace with std RAYS & tyres
I think it might be quite handy to have the default search to return topic titles only and not post subjects and message text.
For example if you type in "brembo" you get 124 pages to wade through which may put noobs off
If you just search "brembo" with topic titles then you get 5 pages. I would say that 60-70% (may be more) put the key word in the title.... "Sqeuaking Brembo Brakes"...."How do I fit uk brembo to my fairladyz?"...."Brembo disc change. Help required".
This will then make it easier for non-forum familiar peeps to find stuff.
Just a thought
If it was me I think I would get some second hand Rays and sell the ones you have At least then you will have every thing in proportion. You may be able to pick up some rays with tyres and not be too much out of pocket after selling you existing set-up
If the alloys as the wrong size then I think there is not a lot you can do
I think the pic's make them look brighter than they actually are. In reality they are slightly brighter than the side lights, but no where near as bright as the headlights, so in conditions where you have to use headlights then it wont matter........ only time will tell and you guys will be the first to know if I get pulled for them
Thanks mate
The mesh grille was from ZMANALEX (about £20)....... you do need to dremel out the old one though... or you can get a Zunsport (about £100) one like Husky and ATTAK.... the choice is yours
PM Alex, you might be able to get mesh in different types. Mine is powder coated black
Here is what I have been up to the last two weekends.............
Big thanks to Zugara for his help
Here is one of both cars with new mesh grilles
Also thanks to Husky and Alex for answering noobish questions
I will get some more pic's up when the dusk/nightime arrives
