Cut the washing machine into manageable bit so you can get it out, move the cupboard to the far end, get a plumber to move the pipe to the near end... fit new washing machine You should be able to slide the cupboards/drawer unit down without too much hassle unless whoever put in it slapped his thigh and said Yee Haa

I feel you pain I have the anti theft ones from Halfrauds, about £8 .... even caught the little scroats TRYING to nick them on my CCTV Think they have given up..... I keep seeing them on their bikes with green valve caps.... I doubt their tyres are nitrogen filled like mine

I would get a proper laptop, not a netbook. I have found that everyone i have come across with a netbook thinks they are great to start with and then the moaning starts..... the screen is too small, its slow....blah blah... If you just want if for web ONLY.... thats fine, but as soon as you start to install the odd program it will really start chugging.
