RVL 3 Piece Centre Lock Wheels With Centre Lock Conversion Kit. Perfect fitment for a Z Front - 19ร9.5 ET:12 Rear - 19ร10.5 ET:12 (You can pop a cheeky 20mm spacer on the rear but will require around -3ยฐ of camber) I'm probably going to regret taking the pictures before cleaning them but I have them in the loft and haven't cleaned them in months๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ I can clean and give a quick polish if there's a serious buyer as carrying them out the loft is a bit of a challenge๐ Only 2 sets made by RVL with the other set on a wide bodied 911 in the states. I had brand new red outer locks sent from RVL before Christmas. In need of some TLC so about to have them rebuilt but would rather just sell as is. A couple of bits of curb rash on 2 of them, no buckles or welds, absolutely solid. They've literally done around 2-3k miles on them. Comes with tyres however, the inner tread is nearly gone (still passed an MOT with them). I'm selling because I'm not into the hot boi stance thing anymore. So going for a light weight wheel next with some decent coilovers so bags will be available soon after๐๐ผ Always up for a swap for other Z bits so please don't hesitate, the worst I can say is no๐๐๐ผ ยฃ2850ovno I can have them completely rebuilt to whatever finish the buyer wants at an additional cost. Can post via Paisley for ยฃ50 if it's a journey for you๐ It's literally the entire kit you need so you're more than welcome to pop over and I can fit them on for you. Oh, can include a 400nm torque wrench if you're stuck, as you'll certainly need it. Torque specs are absolutely VITAL with this setup so have all the torque specs from the manufacturer. I've made a diagram specifying all torque specs with what adapter goes where. The unique socket to tighten both main and outer locks is included. Everything you'll need. Please feel free to contact me about any questions, I'll do my best to answer them ๐๐๐ผ

Cheers Olly! Checking the oil is easier said than done on these awful dipsticks๐ wish there was an aftermarket one we could get. Yeah she looks clean. Shame I want rid of the wheels, they look great there๐๐ผ
-
Cheers Dave I'll get one for the service. Are you still running it?
-
Thanks Alex I'll grab some for the service๐๐๐ผ Hence why I don't trust any mechanics round here๐
-
So turns out I just had crap quality led's๐ Popped some different ones in and they work perfectly!

I prefer home bargains to b&m๐๐๐

Yeah I was watching your yt video servicing the Z last night. Where did you get the magnetic sump plug? The only ones I can find are Greddy ones.
-
Thank you! I watched Daveys YouTube video comparing a K&N to a HKS one and it looked like the HKS one has more flow possibly. However, my Z will see absolutely no befit with it only doing 500 miles a year either way๐ Why do you think Abby Motorsport opted to use 10w40??
-
Last year I serviced the Z with the black HKS hybrid filter and 5w30 Castrol. After digging through the huge amount of history it has. I managed to find an invoice from Abbey Motorsport. They dyno'd the Z after giving it an up rev tune (wish I had the dyno graph) along with a service and other things. Included in the invoice it sated that they used 10w40 oil. Now with it's age and 86k on the clock, would it be wise to continue to use 10w40? I'm a somewhat of a fanboy when it comes to HKS so I'll be trying their oil next. Just purchased their purple filter. Don't think I'll se much difference from their hybrid one.

It sure is man๐

Davey as always, thank you man๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ

Thanks Olly! Glad someone's confirmed that. I guess you get what you pay for with these๐๐ผ

I'm just testing the water here as it's about to come home from its refurbishment. I'm unbelievably sad to let it go however, it simply won't be any use as I'm going for a different front bumper. Far as I know, these came out around 2004 and were priced at ยฃ1K. I'm going to stick my neck out here and say I'm nearly 100% there isn't another one in the UK. Now this is aimed at the serious Z owners who love to collect such rare JDM unicorn parts like ARC etc. I'm not a fan of banging prices up with the "JDM tax"๐ But the rarity, it's age and what it is does need to be appreciated. So it would need to go for above it's initial price on it's release. It's basically like new after it's refurbishment. If anyone has any more information on them or even interested in owning it, please don't hesitate in popping me a message. (If someone can somehow find another one for sale, please let me know so I can price accordingly) Thanks

Would you recommend the Goodridge lines or save a few quid and get the Hel ones? Really appreciate it buddy, can't find it anywhere๐คฆ๐ฝโโ๏ธ

Popping some pics up of the new brake setup. After speaking to a few folk along with hours of nerding out on YouTube. I've decided to go for J Hooks + Blue Stuff to replace the 10+ year old discs and pads.. Front pads+discs next, along with the Goodridge lines. Btw does anyone know the paint code for the Brembo calipers? I've searched endlessly to only find assumptions and guesses. Surely it must be out there somewhere? Without adding to the guess work, are they the same colour as the 04 STi's (blob eye) calipers?? I'll update this thread as I go๐๐ผ

Tackling the brakes next as they haven't been changed in 10 years.. (I'm not joking) I'm ordering some J hook discs, Goodridge braided lines and some parking brake shoes from Torqen or whatever theyre called. I would like some Yellow Stuff pads but I have to be honest, I'm not savvy with pads or parking brake shoes.. What are you guys running? Are Hel braided lines okay? Or should I just go all out on the Goodridge ones? As I would like to keep the costs down.
