Hi Alan, I was in the same boat as you, I decided imported a cubby i think it was about £150 from memory. In order to fit a replacement cubby, or get access to the door you need to remove the waterfall 1st then unscrew the cubby from the rear of the waterfall. There are a few videos on youtube that show how to do this. Hope this helps! Zzap
